I have had foot pain for years. Since being treated by Dr Gardner and his wonderful staff, I am pain free. My feet are almost healed. The office is very nice, Doctor Gardner is very personable and caring. His staff are amoung the nicest I have ever had in a Doctors office. The most time I have waited for my appointment is less than 10 minutes.

THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY, HOWEVER THEY WILL NEVER CALL BACK AFTER LEAVING MESSAGE TO SET UP APPOINTMENT. DR. GARDNER IS GREAT FOR SIMPLY ISSUES WITH FEET. HE DOES NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OR TECHNOLOGY TO HELP THE CLIENT.

Dr. Gardiner made a very tricky diagnosis that other doctors completely missed. He called me at home with the results of the CT scans - he saved me from a serious injury that could have had lifetime impacts on my mobility. He referred me to specialist and together they led me through a healing process that included 4 months on crutches, many casts and rehabilitation -- and no surgery. I had a 5% chance of my foot fractures healing correctly without surgery and both doctors were willing to go for it when I expressed my desire to try the crutches first. I was on a first name basis with the entire staff and was a regular there for about a year. They treated me like family and I have always been grateful to Dr. Gardiner for taking such a personal interest in my case and in me as a person. I have another injury now -- and 10 years later I wouldn't trust anyone else with my feet...just called to make an appointment today!

I have been going to this doctor for over five years. Never once, have I walked out of there unhappy. With plantar fascitis bothering me for years, he puts me out of pain, and is a caring, doctor right along with his staff. The best and only foot doctor in Williamsburg in my eyes. Never had to wait long, and the girls know how to bill and all the paperwork that goes along with running an office. Great job staff and Dr. Gardener!

My visit to Dr. Gardner's office was great. Andrea at the front desk was very friendly and informative when I arrived. My wait time in the lobby was much shorter than I expected! Dr. Gardner was attentive to my concerns, kind, effecient, and caring. I will definately go back and will recommend his practice to my friends and family.

Ignore the bad reviews from 2008; there are new staff members who are really good at what they do! With regard to Dr. Gardner, he is very nice but more importantly he is the best foot doctor in Williamsburg. He is not just a bunion and in-grown toe nail podiatrist; he is a foot and ankle surgeon if you have a serious problem. I personally know Dr. Gardner once cancelled his vacation plans because one of his patients was in the hospital and he wanted to stay in town to check on that patient. 1000 characters are not enough to tell you about the good character and expertise of this doctor.

He's pleasant enough and seems knowledgable, but I find it difficult to trust a podiatrist who does not his patient's touch feet

very enjoyable experience, very punctual, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Gardner was very thorough, explained my condition and treatment options. I was better before I knew it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
