He did not correct my problem and refused to try again without another payment - didn’t understand my problem - walked out and made appointment with another foot doctor and she knew right away and corrected the problem!

he told me I had to wear a boot and to schedule surgery in 6 weeks. Received second opinion, no boot no surgery and doing just fine.

Exceptional physician and staff. Dr. Dente has performed two procedures on my right foot and as a very active and avid outdoorsman I couldn't be anymore pleased with the results. He was very thorough in discussing options, treatment plans, surgery details, and post operative care to provide the best opportunity for proper healing. I highly recommended Dr. Dente.

After 2 visits, I discussed with Dr. Dente possibly needing another script for a six day stepdown Prednisone prescription prior to a golf trip. He told me it was no problem. On Tuesday a week before leaving the next Tuesday, I spoke twice with his office to get the script called in. They said it was no problem and it would be called in. I specifically stated I needed the Prednisone. On Saturday upon return from a business trip, I went to the pharmacy and discovered they had ordered the prescription I already had a refill on. Furthermore, I had asked for a phone call back if the order cannot be called in for any reason. I havce never had a more unprofessional office staff. Dr. Dente himself I believe to be totally competent, but his staff rates a negative number.

He seen me a hour after my appointment time. Then instead of writing me a script to get an X Ray, he insisted that it was faster for him to write the order and send electronically so I could go the next morning to get x-rays before leaving town. Needless to say, I arrived at facility to get x-rays the next morning and I was told that he never sent the order over. When I tried to called the office to let him know that I was at diagnostic center and needed him to send the order over, I got a message saying the office is closed on Wednesdays and that I had to call back the next day. There was no after hours number to call for emergencies. So Dr. Dente ended up wasting 3 hours of my time and he is billing me $20.00 for the balance of what my insurance did not pay. I called the office and ask his assistant Felicia to ask him to call me, because I was upset and thought that he should pay me for my time or just write off the $20.00. He never called back and I was told by his office assistant that he said he provided a service and would not write off $20.00. He is so unprofessional and unresponsive when ask for a courtesy call to discuss his poor service and unethical business practices. He does not care about his patience and their time spent waiting on him to do his job.

My Daughter saw Dr. Dente multiple times and had to have surgery done on her foot. He seemed very helpful throughout the whole procedure and made sure we understood what was going to be done and the possible outcomes. The staff always seemed helpful and polite. Out of all the visits with Dr. Dente we had to wait once about 15 minutes after are appointment time. I would take my family back to him anytime.

I went to see Dr Dente on three separate visits. The first visit the dr was running behind and I got in to see him an hour later. The followup visit I again arrived early and again I waited. After an hour I asked the lady at the counter when I might be seen and was told we will com and get you. After 1 1/2 hours they came to take me back. The third visit was the best. They called to see if I could reschedule my appointment and I asked why. They told me the dr would be unavailable so I had to reschedule. I asked for something sooner than later and they told me they had an opening that day we where talking. I moved customers to get in to see him and showed up early for my appointment. I checked in and had a seat. After an hour which was past my appointment time another patient came in and within minutes she was in to see the dr. After I asked the lady when I might get in and was told thy would come to get me. I asked why the other person went first and she said nothing. I left

Dr. Dente is very personable, but has never been on time for any of my appointments. He is extremely gentle and doesn't want to cause any pain, so I will continue to return!

He is a outstanting DPM. I have been with him for over 10 years. His office staff if friendly and helpful. They call and check on you. And will call and remind you of your next appointment. I'm very happy with this Dr. and his staff.
