I found Dr. Medwied to be one of the most attentive doctors I have met. She is a listener. I was very comfortable in her presence and given valuable knowledge for bettering my health. If she is late, I suggest judgement not be made by a number on a clock but the quality of the visit. She is A+ in my book.

This was the worst doctor I've ever been to. The receptionist and medical assistant were very sweet and made me comfortable but as soon as doctor Medwied came in to see me she wasn't friendly at all to begin with. She came off rude and just just didn't make me feel welcome or comfortable. I don't know about anyone else but that's not how I like to feel when I go to a doctor. She asks me if I've ever had a pelvic exam or pap in the last year and I said I had a pelvic exam done a couple months ago at saint joes. She argues and raises her voice to me telling me "they don't even do that there" "you didn't do that" "that didn't happen"
I ended up walking out on her while she was yelling at me. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this woman was and that she was arguing with me about something so silly. And I really did have a pelvic exam done at saint joes! I have the papers to prove it and I don't know who would lie about something like that lol. This experience was just ridiculous. Luckily she made a fool of herself enough to where the front desk immediately refunded me. I'm not usually one to write reviews bashing someone, never have actually. But this was just awful.

I don't have much to say about the Dr., she might be great. But she has cancelled on me 4 times. I have only seen her once and today was another cancellation the day of.

Dr. Medwied has been my GYN for over 25 years. I have never had a bad experience with her or any of her staff. She has helped me through many years of chronic medical issues, delivered my son 24 yrs. ago and is now also my daughter's GYN. She is very caring and she really knows me.

Dr. Medwied is the best gynecologist I have seen in my adult life. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up on the latest medical technology. If she does not know the answer she will find out before you leave her office or will have her nurse contact you with the information. She is top-notch in her field.

I was sorry to see negative comment about Dr. Medweid. She has been my GYN for many years and I find her to be delightful. She is also a very competent doctor in my eyes. Unlike the other person, I have always enjoyed her bedside manner and we have had good conversations that I've appreciated - they distract from procedures. She also detected a lump in one of my breasts several years back that I had not noticed. She referred me to a surgeon right away. It turned out to be benign, but I appreciated her help. When she used to deliver babies, her schedule was less predictable, but that has not the case in recent years.

I searched out Dr. Medwied because she supposedly specialized in the gyn condition I was seeking treatment for. Unfortunately, she lacks any bedside manner. She did not agree with my use of supplements to help the symptoms of my condition and told me we would not get along and refused to treat me. Please note, I went in with a positive attitude and was really seeking a doctor who would partner with me on this medical journey. She asked me to put my clothes back on and leave and instructed her staff to return my co-payment. Perhaps she was having an especially bad day, but it is not an excuse for her behavior. I would tell all not to visit her under any circumstances.
