Overall I have been pleased with Dr. Fratianni's surgical procedures for my child. However, the office staff is extremely rude and incompetent. I often schedule the first appointment in the morning and can still end up waiting 30-45 minutes fro them to decide to start their day. I have not liked wither NP - they are quick to prescribe meds and procedures. Dr. Fratianni appears rough around the edges but has been very kind and competent with us. We have to go here because of insurance purposes - otherwise, I would go elsewhere in town in a heart beat.

Office staff very rude and incompetent. Concern over treating the patient is the last thing on their mind.

My daughter went though 3 hospitalizations after this doctor did her surgery. She is definitely in the wrong field. Every time I wanted to talk to her I couldn't and my daughter was intoxicated with the pain medication she gave her. She went 10 days only sleeping and not eating enough that's why I ended up paying 3 more hospitalization. It is so sad to see that a so called doctor don't care much for her patients. I would try to avoid her. It has been the most terrifying experience for my daughter and I.

The physician, Dr Fratianni, and FNP Julia Melvin, are informed, gracious and most kind- as are the medical assistants. I'm glad I was referred here!

Crystal Canyon and all personnel, doctors and support staff always addressed my concerns from my first appointment on. I can breath through my nose again and this spring I was headache free!

I was very offended by this Dr's disrespectful treatment. I am not a demanding person and consider myself cordial. She was extremely rough in her exam and rolled her eyes more than once. She obviously did not enter this profession out of compassion and concern for other human beings. She also seems very keen on pushing the pharmaceutical agenda. She prescribed me Prilosec, without asking about or even suggesting a diet/lifestyle change or an over the counter indigestion medicine. I rarely get indigestion, if I do I know it is completely preventable. I get indigestion about once a month at the most, if not every two months. Prilosec, from what I've read is only recommended for people who have heartburn 2-3 times a week.

Dr. Fratianni and staff are courteous, professional and competent. They go above and beyond their peers, always helpful and ready to serve. Occasionally they run behind schedule and that’s the only thing I can think of that needs improving. Other than that, I recommend Dr. Fratianni to anyone in need of a good ear, nose, throat doctor.

My husband has just gone through 10+ months of sheer hell because of the negligence of this doctor. I recommend everyone in the Flagstaff area to AVOID her. She refused to perform a simple, routine procedure on my husband that could have spared him much suffering and pain. Doctor - whatever happened to your Hippocratic oath? She refused to further treat my husband and felt that the CAT scan (which is NOT AN ACCURATE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL) was sufficient evidence to show that he did not have an infection of the maxillary sinus. She could not have been more WRONG!

Definitly will not see you with out co-pay, even for 2nd or 3rd visit. Missed TMJ diagnosis that another ENT at hospital caught. Did not aggressively try to find cure to ear/sinus infection. Allowed patient to suffer another 3 weeks, until hospitalized from primary doctor and treated in-patient. Dr. didn't even follow into hospital, though has permissions. ENT from another practice was assigned and treated infection with IV antibiotics and caught TMJ. Staff was incompetent and just short of rude. More worried about co-pay than treatment. AVOID!
