Dr. Gomez was friendly but brusque. His english is very difficult to understand, so if you are fluent in Spanish, then he may be a good clinician for you. If, however, you are like me, and do not speak Spanish, it is almost impossible to understand him. THat in and of inteslf is enough to make me want to switch doctors. Additionally, I waited over 3 hours for a 2 minute (literally) procedure. The office is also unfamiliar with insurance; after insisting I needed a referral in order to see a specialist - a referral which was not ready on time, the next day, or the next - and, despite my protestations that my insurance didn't require a referral to see a specialist, they replied it was absolutely impossible. What a waste of 2 weeks to continue suffering! The dr also had no sway whatsoever, and even with his referral, the next appt i could get was 6 weeks away. I can only assume that despite his affiliation with a major hospital, he has no real connections. i will not be returning there.
