I saw Dr. Beal for over 3 years during our time in Tulsa. To say he was understanding, compassionate, and direct would be an understatement. During my time as a patient I went through the gambit of medical experiences. I had always suspected a problem with endometriosis throughout my 20's, yet I never had a doctor take me seriously. My first visit with Dr. Beal, he expressed the same concern, we scheduled a surgery and I was subsequently diagnosed with Level 3 endo (after years and years of talking to docs about surgery/concerns). Dr. Beal not only listened, he DID something about it and got me the medical care I desperately needed for so long. He never enters into surgery lightly (he double, triple checked with me before my hysterectomy). He looks into alternative therapies and outcomes. Dr. Beal, truly cares about his patients and their outcomes. He does have a slightly eccentric personality and thinks outside the box, I promise, he is the doctor for you!

I don't go see doctor very often, once every 3 yrs maybe, so maybe there all like this, you go in for one thing, but like to do a little small talk or when I bring up something positive like how good my back felt all last year, I never had a problem,, he didnt want to hear it, just shacks his head and says lets take care of this first and walks out. others on here says he has a sense of humor? I never see it, had blood work and x ray done over a year ago, and he never brought up the results on my last visit, I assume im okay

Dr Beal is a good fit for me. He is cheerful, has a sense of humor, and he tells you in plain language what you need to know. I have every confidence in his knowledge and ability to take care of my obgyn needs.

I like Dr Beal very much. He is thorough, caring, often blunt but that is what I like. He has a sense of humor which is wonderful in a doctor. I believe he knows what he is talking about, and I would trust him with my life. I especially like his nurse, Sylvia. She is very helpful and seems to care about you.

Been a patient for a about 7 years. Great doctor. Very informative. Couldn't care less for his nurse. She told me I was making a mistake getting my IUD taken out and made me feel terrible for wanting to have more children. Like I didn't deserve more. I was absolutely in tears by the time Dr. Beal made it into the room. He reassured me it was absolutely none of her business and most definitely my choice. I have never had a health care professional treat me with so much disrespect in my life. I was so upset by the things she said to me. And it's not like I'm young and unemployed. I'm in my early thirties and I've had a job since I was eighteen. And not to mention had been married for ten years at that point. For the life of me I still can't understand what her problem was. But Dr. Beal is great and the office personnel is super friendly. But that nurse can get bent for all I'm concerned.

Wonderful Dr with an amazing nurse. Love them both and how helpful they are. After being told by my previous Dr that I was "too young" to have the condition I do I decided to see Dr. Beal, he immediately knew what was wrong and after diagnostic surgery was able to confirm that I did have exactly what I was told I couldn't. He and his nurse have been amazing in my plan of Care and very good about getting me in immediately or next day if I need to be seen without an appointment. I've never felt more cared for by a physician, to them the patients aren't just another paycheck they are like family. 10/10 would recomend!

He is awesome. He sits down and listens and then explains whatever is going on with you. He has an incredible nurse and has for many years. Being able to keep the same nurse for years is a good indication that he is easy to work with.

Was told I was anxious and to smart for my own good. He gave me birth control pills and said come back turns out my uterus was falling out. He doesn't listen to women who know their bodies better than he does.
