Dr. Nigaglioni has an excellent bedside manner & he is very caring, courteous, & professional in addition to being very knowledgeable, intelligent, & articulate in both English & Spanish - the BEST doctor at the Ashford Presbyterian Community Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. And, he has a great sense of humor when necessary!
