What I love about Doctor V is that if you have an issue, she usually checks in case a more serious issue: she is checking more than needed for your issue so that you know you don't have anything more serious. The Doctor is so serious and academic in her knowledge : she is dealing with your problem very seriously. She could be a Doctor for Royals (not kidding). I am so grateful for all her help.

I had a really serious problem with health recently. Dr.V. literally went above and beyond as someone wrote here. I got an excellent prescription (as a specialist said later) )and I was sent by Dr to a specialist in case to make sure everything is under control. I feel really safe with this Dr.

More than once Dr. Vowinckel suggested that my symptoms sounded more like my mood than anything medical. She was patronising and dismissive. When I brought forward knowledge about my own diagnosed condition (from years of experience), she argued with me and (falsely) corrected me, ordering an incorrect test to verify my condition. I had to pay for this test myself, and then argue my way to convincing her that she was wrong. She was wrong, but it took a lot of energy to convince her. Even after that she continued to doubt my condition and ordered another round of uncomfortable testing, that ultimately (you guessed it) proved that I was correctly diagnosed from the start. I don't know why I allowed myself to be doubted this way and be made to feel so inferior. I should have left her practice much earlier. Her staff almost never called with results or updates, I always had to call myself. I am very happy to be in someone else's care and I am frankly confused by the high ratings on this site.

This doctor is an epitome of a family doctor. Even though Dr. Vowinckel is a GP, she is level 100 like she has level of a specialist. I had a health issue which was not easy to solve. So I even went to specialists (who were really amazing), but Dr. V. was the one who eventually helped me with it. I am so thankful.

DrV is educated, smart, with perfect intuition and very caring about her patients. she is gifted to be a dr. I was surprised that on top of all she can give perfect advice and recommendations about mental health as well. it's a blessing for patients to have such helpful dr.

dr v is very knowledgeable and very blunt, which I like. she can tell you what horrible consequences you can have like stroke if you don't change your lifestyle. her recommendations are very good and with her bluntness it works well.

Dr. Vowinckel is very caring about her patients. She really wants to help. She is a great patient listener and very smart and knowledgeable. I am very happy to have Dr. Vowinckel as my Family Dr. the staff is very nice.

Dr. V has been my GP my whole life. As I’ve gotten older, her reluctance to actually take me seriously and treat me has gotten worse and worse. Dr. V is an extremely caring and understanding person, and is extremely friendly and professional. But get ready to have to stand up for yourself and push her to actually do something. Also, she is consistently 30 mins - 6 hours late for phone call appointments. If you have something you want to get looked at soon, you’re better off going to a walk-in than booking an appointment with Dr. V - her earliest appointments are always 2 or 3 weeks away. She’s a fantastic person, and for obvious/common physical treatment she’s good (she’s treated ear infections, warts, etc etc all perfectly!). But if you’re looking for real psychological support, a referral, or someone who will actually take the time to listen to your problems, dr. V is not the doc for you.

Dr Vowinckel is a true doctor. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. of course she cannot solve all the problems. I never pay attention to punctuality, but on my last visit she was punctual 110%. I just came in and I was already in the appointment. Dr's punctuality is the last thing I would care about. also the stuff is just gorgeous.
