Everyone that works at Dr Carlson's office is amazing! Highly professional, dedicated, caring and genuine are just a few qualities they have. I had a lot of extenuating circumstances and issues that came up during my treatment and he worked so hard to keep me going on my regular routine...I don't think any other doctor would've sincerely encouraged me to get back to work and write me a letter to travel like he did. He knew it was what was good for me...maybe not every patient, but he listens to his patients and gives each what they need. The office is warm and inviting and that helps so much in the stressful situation you're in. I actually ended up with all the doctors from that office at one time or another and I rate them all at the top! I didn't want to go thru what I did, but I sure am glad I had them to go thru it with!

Dr. Carlson treated my wife's uterine cancer; with his amazing staff, he gave her the absolute best medical care I've ever witnessed. Going to see the oncologist for the first time is terrifying -- he and his staff were gentle, caring, and took all the time we needed to explain everything we needed to know, answer all our questions, etc etc etc. They really understand how to address all the needs and concerns of the patient -- their patients are people to them, not just medical cases. While I hope you never have to go see him, if you do, you're being taken care of by the best there is, hands down.

I was referred to Dr. Carlson for an emergency surgery. He was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding to my situation. He took a great deal of time to sit down with me and answer all my questions. His nurse called me a few times after the surgery to check up on me and see how I was recovering. The rest of his staff was very friendly as well. I have no complaints about the care I received from Dr. Carlson and would recommend him to my own friends and family.
