If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited to see Dr. Min for almost an hour. When I finally did see him, he asked me a couple questions and then sent me on my way. It was the most useless visit I've ever been to. To make matters worse, I received multiple bills after for hundreds of dollars. After spending hours on the phone, I was told to contact Dr. Min's office. Could not get in contact with anyone from his office for two weeks. When they finally called me back, they couldn't help me as well. SHOCKER. When I asked if I could email Dr. Min, I was told they weren't allowed to give out email addresses. Dr. Min is THE WORST doctor, and only become his patient if you want someone who doesn't care about you, or wants to try to over-charge you and waste your time trying to dispute.

I had a great experience with Dr. Min. I never experienced terrible wait times (though when I was seeing him my condition was "Urgent" so it may be longer for routine visits). I was treated well, my condition improved, and I always felt satisfied with both the quality of medical care and the way I was treated.

The staff were really nice but the almost two hour wait was too much. The card I was given as a referal told me to arrive 15 minutes early but no earlier than that. Its clear that they don't respect their patients time. Dr Min was short with me and didn't seem interested in hearing about my symptoms or medical history. He didn't answer any of the questions that I had. I won't be going back and wouldn't reccomend him.
