I would not recommend seeing this doctor. She was ok but does not warrant the raving reviews. The staff is atrocious and I never encountered anything like it. About six people in the office screwed up everything imaginable. First, I was told that Dr. was not seeing new patients. I called again and got an appt. Then someone else calls to confirm my appt. but with the WRONG (male!) Dr. Then I couldn’t be found because someone entered my birth year incorrectly!

Also, I was charged a co-payment which I tried to explain I didn’t have. So, I just paid it to get out of there. I subsequently gave them additional information and noticed they did reimburse the credit card but never bothered with a courtesy call.

My saga doesn’t end here. Three days later my prescription was still not called in! I called the office to tell them. I go to pick it up and the most important item was never even called in!

In addition, I realized there were important things never asked nor told to do before procedure (as compared to prior one). I thought about all these red flags and I left a message cancelling my subsequent appointments. I informed the staff person that there were too many issues with the office and the Dr. could call me back if she was interested. Well, she never called me back. You would think she would be curious as to what happened with her patient.

I feel very comfortable with both the doctor and staff. The only complaint I have is the repeating long wait time.

Dr Mehta listens and is very enthusiastic about getting your issues diagnosed and alleviated. She has a passion for her craft that is palpable and that makes you as a patient very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend her services. I hope you guys try her but selfishly I don't because now she'll be overbooked #PreetiMehta2020 I'm starting the campaign.
