I only saw Dr. Drobot once as he had to refer me to a different specialist after my diagnosis, but in that one meeting I have never been more impressed. I lived an hour and a half away from the hospital and he pulled many strings so I would not have to drive home and back for a certain piece of paperwork. He was kind and humourous and saw my well-being as his top priority. I was quite disappointed that he could not be my regular doctor. In my opinion he is a very fine doctor.

I had to see Dr. Drobot because of some serious complications I had during childbirth. He talked to me like I was stupid and talked down to my husband. He may be very knowledgable, but incredibly rude. I dreaded my followup appointment for weeks

When my husband was in hospital, Dr. Drobit seem to have little time to talk to us, and when he did, he seemed annoyed with us taking up his time. He is far from empathetic and it concerned me that he was showing this kind of attitude to the up and coming doctors (interns and residents).

Have been seeing Dr. Drobot for quite awhile. Very professional,courteous and genuinely a caring doctor. Is honest and upfront and will take the time to explain diagnosis. Keep up the great work.

He picked up what was wrong with me right away. Sent me home and phoned me a prescription in for me. When I was laying there waiting my turn I watched him and I was very inpressed as to how he talked to the other Dr's and nurses. The medicine he put me on was horrible to take bet did the trick. I really do hope he stays here. His bedside manner is great. He also explian everything to me as to my disease and how to take the prescription. Thank You Dr Drobot

The comment left below may have happened on the same day I was there, and the day this message was posted (May 21/07). I was waiting in one of Dr Drobot's rooms, waiting well over an hour, when I heard Dr D. have a quick meeting in the hallway about how the staff had missed entering an appointment in his schedule! He was very formal, very diplomatic, but made it very clear that this had happened before and it was unacceptable. He came in to see me, apologized, and asked to keep our meeting as brief as possible because some poor soul had been waiting for over two hours and he had to squeeze him/her in! After he saw me, he once again stated to his staff that not scheduling an appointment was a serious offence. I hope this poor person got better treatment once it was all straightened out!!

Knowledable Doctor, really poor in arranging his time. Waited 21/2 hours the first time. Made another appointment at that time for a later date. Showed up, they did not record my appointment in there book. Told to wait until the end of the day which would of been another 3 hr wait. Nurses talked to the Dr. he told me to see my own Dr. and if trouble continued make another appointment. This doctor does not run a very tight ship. Now my appointment isn't until the end of June another month before I can see him. Hope I'm still alive by then.

Very intelligent, caring doctor with excellant staff. We had Dr. Drobot in the end stages of a fatal illness, he kept us very informed on what to expect. His staff was more than accommodating fullfilling all of our needs, questions and very aware of our emotions. Dr. Drobot is a great asset to our medical community and I hope he remains here throughout his career.

I LOVE this man! He is the greatest! Professional, really intelligent, thorough, quick to respond to medical forms, and treats his patients like human beings. I couldn't ask for more. After being ill for over a year and a half, and three doctors and a specialist, trying to convince me that I had a psychiatric problem (my pain is all in my head, and brought on by "stress", a doctor's favorite stand-by when they can't figure out what's wrong with you), Dr Drobot diagnosed me, and began treatment. For the first time in over a year, I am beginning to feel like myself again! He walked me through my dis-ease, explained everything, and even had printed out some information BEFORE I got there, that he thought would help me. He went over the prescription with me, explaining side effects, and what to look out for. I can't say enough about this guy! He's the greatest!
