Dr Zouzas has left the building! Had a yearly physical minus the routine EKG-not sure why the omission_My urine waits for at least 30 minutes before being tested.still there when i went back to lab for my blood work. why care? Any bilirubin,if present,is rapidly destroyed by exposure to light. if u like ur liver you might want to know if there was any to detect in that test your ins co. paid for.My meds called in wrong.higher than needed dose on maintenance med, so it messed my levels. Another script for antibiotic, wrong! right drug prescribed to treat a condition less severe than mine, looked wrong so I had to ask pharmacist. the correct amount to take and number of days. should have been writted double the dose half the days. No more calls re:even those concerning lab results that need repeating ASAP.FYI Google Quest Diagnostics & lawsuitS then go to LGH for tests to avoid bogus fees for tests not ordered even ordered by Nurse Prac. New patients dont even know what Dr Z looks like!

I don't think she even reads your record, just rushes in and out of the room- on to the next. The NPs that have worked were great, but unfortunately never stayed. The medical assistants are very poor also.

I have been seen by this doctor for over 5 years and am finally fed up. I am tired of being referred out for everything. She will not treat me for anything as small as a change in medication i have already had success with. I was having an issue that i needed a specialist for, and made an appointment which ended up being 2 months out. Dr. Zouzas gave me a hard time about treating me in the interim. I was in pain, and my issue caused me to miss work. She told me she doesnt like perscribing the meds i needed because of side-effects. She is so afraid of getting sued she no longer treats her patients. Not to pention she has been on at lest 4 vacation in the past 12 months, leaving me out of care. I am switching my PCP NOW. However, I love, love love, her staff, and he NP is fantastic as well. I will miss them for sure.

Overall, I likes Dr. Zouzas. However, last fall I received a medical bill from the for services rendered in 2009! Over a year and a half late! I have called twice to ask about this. One time, the girl that does billing got upset when I told her my insurance said to bill them again. She said she would have to call me back, as she was busy doing something. I called back a few weeks later, and she also never called me back. My insurance is claiming that they were never even billed. Obviously, I am not going to pay this bill for bloodwork that I really didn't NEED until I can get someone on the phone for more than 2 minutes that knows what they are talking about and isn't rude. I am TRYING to pay YOU money! Isn't this whole thing run by the Zeus Corporation? (Seems sketchy to me)

Great doctor, refers for problems, diagnoses things you would expect a primary to diagnose. Knowledgeable, focused and thorough. Once you are a patient it is easy to get in to see her. Will call back on days off.

I am changing PCPs. I agree with the person below who said they feel like Zouzas rushes them. She is very abrupt and I never feel like I'm being heard. Half the time I'm talking she's not even looking at me. I don't feel like she cares at all. Maybe she does and this is just something she needs to work on. I'm not willing to find out though. Getting a new PCP ASAP.

Be prepared for a referral to someone else instead of getting an actual diagnosis. I am 3 for 3 now. Changing PCPs.

I THINK DR ZOUZAS IS GREAT, I ALSO AGREE THAT SHE HAS A STRONG PERSONALITY AND IS DIRECT AND TO THE POINT. SHE DOES NOT HAVE A HIGH STAFF TURN OVER, THE NEW NURSE YOU KEEP SEEING ARE STUDENTS SHE HAS TAKEN IN TO PROVIDE AN EXPERIENCE WITHIN AN OFFICE SETTING TO THEM, WHICH SHE WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU IF YOU ASKED INSTEAD OF ASSUMING THEY'RE JUST "NEW". OVERALL, I THINK SHE'S GREAT, SHE KNOWS HER STUFF AND SHE CARES ABOUT THE OVERALL WELL BEING OF HER PATIENTS.
