Dr. Konkle is nice and cheerful, but is no help if something is really wrong. She's reluctant to use specialists, but the worst is how she watches the clock -- 20 minutes that's it! for years I complained of hunger w/ migraines and she told me to eat more. then I gain weight and she says don't worry until one year I go and says "oh look you need to lose weight." A total waste if you really need help.

Dr. Konkle is a very kind and caring woman. Totally non-aggressive in practice. I'm changing pcp because her hands are tied by harvard VANGUARD. Too bad as I have liked her for general stuff. Not good with referrals.

Dr. Konkle is very helpful and responsive to my concerns. She takes the time to answer my questions and ask questions related to my health and general well being. She seems respectful of me as a person and a patient. It is very easy to communicate with her office via the online system the office uses and the staff is very helpful, polite, and friendly.

makes an opinion as to cause but does not listen when patient tells her she is wrong as no one knows the patients body like patient does. last visit her mind was elsewhere and did not listen.

Dr. Konkle listened carefully to my concerns and addressed each one appropriately, scheduling tests where warranted. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me very specific instructions for home care. The health center where she works also utilizes an excellent computer system where all doctors access a comprehensive data base of all patient information and test results. These test results are also available to each patient on-line.

not as agressive as i would like but more than helpful when i make requests. would like her to suggest tests before I do but insurance companies have tied their hands so unless we are agressive female issues are considered minor. especially menapausal issues which seem to be put on the back burner. For general health maintenance she is right on.
