Great doctor and staff. Adding on to review below re: Nuvance Health. A friend of mine was contacted 3 months ago by Christine Petti and she stated “ oh I think your a great candidate for some jobs we have available in Danbury and New Milford I’ll forward your resume to the manager of the locations “ weeks go by my friend didn’t hear back from anyone. She emails Christine and Christine replies a week later acting all fake and giving her a run around. Two more weeks go by my friend still hasn’t heard from anyone so she emails Christine again. Christine responds 3 days later telling her too “ there’s no need to keep emailing me “ B what ?! She’s an applicant looking for a job and your the recruiter and your annoyed because she’s following up with you ? Nuvance needs to rid Christine she’s a bad recruiter!

Recently this same friend gets contacted from Salina Tropeano practice manager at Newtown Primary care it’s an administrative job my friend is more clinical and hands on with a little admin experience. Salina, has her resume why call her and waste 20 minutes of her time and your time if your looking for someone with a lot of clerical experience? Doesn’t make sense ! She’s unemployed and needing a job. You recruiters and managers from Nuvance need to stop ghosting interested applicants or take to the time to look at their resumes and see what their forte is. Clerical wasn’t my friends forte. Don’t know why Salina contacted her then I’m top of it dismissive time her emails. Also Newtown Primary care has a lot of negative reviews ( may be a blessing my friend doesn’t work for them ) As far as Christine and Salina go : you both need to be transparent with applicants not beat around the bush and give run arounds. I’m sure you both would like if someone treated you that way. ! Nuvance needs to hire better recruiters and management. There are many unemployed people in healthcare looking for jobs and they sure don’t need the two of you ghosting them or being dismissive to their emails and follow ups. Maybe Christine and Salina should seek a different profession.

Was my doctor for for 3 years. No complaints. Then I moved and found a doctor in Waterbury area. Adding on to comment below re: Christine Petti from Nuvance : she contacted by sister in law re: Medical assistant and phlebotomy jobs and stated “ oh there’s positions available in Danbury and New Milford are you interested or know people who may be? “ my sister in law told her “ yes I’m interested “ She didn’t hear from Christine for like 2 weeks sends her an email. Christine replies “ oh I only have a lab scheduler job “ my sis in law ( not interested) a week later Christine contacts her again “ I believe a phlebotomy job is available at the hospital you interested? ) again my sis in law tells her “ yes “ doesn’t hear from Christine for like a week so my sis in law emails her to follow up. Christine so rudely states “ oh you don’t have to keep emailing me re: jobs ! ) my sister in law said to her “ I’m an applicant looking for employment I will email you “ Christine responds back in a condescending manner.
My theory don’t be a recruiter if your annoyed by follow up emails from interested applicants.
I called HR and left a message re: Christine and told them Christine shouldn’t be a recruiter and how rude of her to play games with my sister in law telling her there’s available jobs is she interested? My sis in law says “ yes “ then doesn’t hear from Christine. That’s so inconsiderate and disrespectful. I hope Nuvance rids Christine ( she’s not a good recruiter) and thankfully my sis in law landed a position with Hartford Health

Nice doctor and staff. I highly feel Christine Petti ( who’s the recruiter for Nuvance ) wrote negative review below that’s posted in 2017. I use to work with her and she’s negative speaks ill of employer and staff. I had a family member who was looking for a job and Petti was the recruiter ( just because my relative was emailing Christine and doing follow ups re: employment. Christine, got annoyed and told her “ you don’t need to keep emailing me “ ! Really??? She’s a damn recruiter people are looking for jobs! If she gets annoyed/ triggered because an interested applicant is emailing her ( she shouldn’t be a recruiter) ! What a condescending pos she is ! I never liked her when I worked with her. She seemed fake and snobbish. My relative said Christine Petti is the rudest recruiter she’s ever dealt with and Nuvance should fire her! Being rude to interested applicants ( she’s a real b**ch! ) ! Shouldn’t be a recruiter!

He is absolutely the best takes time to listen and to solve the problems I’ve had I’ve seen him for all of my pregnancies and he is awesome!!!!!!

Dr Lamonica has been my dr since I was 16. He has delivered both of my boys naturally. Even my mil who is a midwife says he’s the best she has ever seen in action. Not a single stitch needed for my births. I was walking and feeling amazing 10 min later.
He cares about his patients like no other doctor does!
I referred all my friends and family!

My favorite doctor ever (and that says a lot). Took very good care of me during a high risk pregnancy and other non pregnancy related problems. Smart, sweet, compassionate.

Dr Lamonica goes above and beyond to comfort his patients. As a full term loss mom, I would not want to in anyone else’s care during my rainbow pregnancy.

I went to see Dr. Lamonica for a problem. He was rude and disrespectful and incorrect in his assessment. He suggested I get a second opinion but then sarcastically stated " I don't know anyone who would disagree with me"
I had been a patient since 1987 but had not been recently because I had a hysterectomy and after breast cancer had to have mammograms done at the hospital.
I referred had referred him to a friend which I now regret. I will not visit him or refer him ever again.

He's the absolute best! He goes above and beyond. Always caring and supportive. He's very informative. I wouldn't trade him for anything. He also has a great sense of humor/one of a kind personality which over exceeded my expectations!
