His Administrator actually called my house twice and had some kind of violent temper tantrum meltdown about my bill - not in arrears - while I was still recovering from a major surgery. Also added bogus charges to my bill and I reported him to Medicare Fraud. Steer clear of him and his medical group at all costs.

The experiences I have had with Dr. Passi and the other doctors and nurses and the office staff have ranged from terrific to phenomenal! When I am in the office I feel as though I am around friends who truly take good care of me.

He is by far the most careless, apathetic, arrogant doctor I have run across. His carelessness cost my mother's life. Her disease was perfectly treatable. Because he did not care to follow up or review her case, she died. Do not recommend.

Very good doctor. In practice more than 20 years.
Even if I can't get in with Dr.Passi -I can always be seen by the other providers in the office even for same day appointments. Even though there are many providers, all are very knowledgeable and all have access to my heath records.

We feel that this practice has changed for the worst over the years. I was often seen by staff who turned out to be nurse practitioners, not doctors. I found that unless I specifically request a doctor, I ended up seeing a nurse.

I have been seeing Dr. Passi for 28 years. He is a good doctor as well as an concerned, empathic person. He has changed over these past years but a lot of it has to do with the demands insurance companies are placing on the docs. He has a large geriatric practice which requires additional time spent with patients. You may have to wait extra time to be seen but he will take extra time with you if need be. It is not are parents health care any longer. We are living longer, have more health concerns, and expect miracles out of our docs. It doesn't work that way. I do think his office staff could be more organized as you deal with them on a more regular basis for prescriptions and other questions and concerns.

Dr. Passi has been my PCP for more than ten years and I have always received the most excellent care from him and his associates. When I walk into the office the staff greets me with more than "Sign in please" . They ask how I've been and how life is. When I had surgery the level of their concern was immense. When I have spoken to interns I let them know about Dr. Passi and I tell them, this is the yardstick by which they should be measured as doctors. Dr. Passi cares about me and I am certain he cares about all of his patients. If five stars is the highest rating I give this office six!

Dr. Passi & his staff are great!!! I've been going for over 12 years now, and, intact my entire family goes to him. He is very thorough and helpful. If you're looking for a great GP he's the guy!!!

Dr. Passi has been my primary care physician for more than 10 years. During that time, I have found him to be a competent and dedicated doctor that I have come to rely on for my overall health needs. However, since Dr. Passi joined the new practice, I have had to adapt to new staff and scheduling procedures, which has caused me to wait weeks to see Dr. Passi. Nonetheless, the staff (old and new) has been great during my visits to the office and I will keep Dr. Passi as my primary care physician.
