My wife was seen by him in February and again in June and then went to Barnes in less than two weeks after cancer free by him and she passed away December 1.

Saw Dr. Thyssen for a colonoscopy. While the prep is both unavoidable and no fun, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the procedure went very smoothly and was on time. Would definitely see Dr. Thyssen again should I be unlucky enough to have a gastro-issue.

VERY UNDERSTANDING AND WILLING TO LISTEN TO ANY COMMENT OR COMPLAINT. MADE SPECIAL ACCOMIDATIONS WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND HAD A SMALL SON. CAME TO VISIT ME AND ACTED GENUINELY CONCERNED ABOUT MY WELL BEING. VERY IN - DEPTH DESCRIPTIONS OF EVERY PROCEDURE / TREATMENT AND SYMPTOM. GREAT DOCTOR!
