Dr. Wu has been my family MD for 15 years and goes out of her way to fit me in where needed and trusts me when I feel I need further investigation or intuition regarding my health. The best!

She is always book for 2 week at the time but she is the best and understandable doctors you can have she always listening and she great at what she does, always serve you the right way kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you for all those years as my family doctor!

I have seen Dr. Wu for over 15 year. She is the BEST doctor I have ever had. So kind, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding. She make my medical health something to not be afraid or ashamed of. Best Doctor,

Finally found a doctor who is compassionate, listens to my concerns, asks questions, and really seems to care about her patients. On multiple occasions if i haven't understand something she will literally draw me a picture of how things are connected in the body and where the potential concerns are. She has always provided me with options to try and talked about the pros and cons of each. She is the first doctor who has made me feel empowered about my health. I have left her office in tears but it was because i finally felt heard and i felt that she truly cared. They were cathartic tears. She is simply the best.

Dr. Wu has been my doc for 10 years or so. For those of you who do not know, she has children, needs to work part time but the establishment (read as men) do not like that. This "franchise" she works for is one of the few that allows that for female docs, so she shares a full time position with another doc. She is a fantastic doctor, got me through a disability that took away my ability to work for a living. I saw her frequently for years and she always accommodated me despite being incredibly busy. I am (was) an RN, and know my way around the medical system. She is one of the best. If I could clone her so you all could have access to someone like her I would, but she does not take new patients. The front staff have gotten better with time, but they really do not have a clue sometimes-you have to give them explicit instructions, especially if your doc told you something specific--be insistent. At least now you can book online if you are already a patient at Dominion health, and they have an automated line for cancellations so you do not get hit with a bill if you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel. All in all they improved their client service so I cannot complain. And I would wait hours to see Dr. Wu so I never complain if she gets behind, but even that has gotten better the last few years, never wait more that half hour. Love this Doc!!

Dr. Wu is an amazingly caring doctor. She takes the time to listen and she genuinely wants to help. She's soft-spoken and kind. I am very happy with her as my doctor. She goes out of her way for me. The only issue I have is with her terrible front staff. However, I am aware that she doesn't make these hiring decisions; these decisions are made by the manager of that franchise location, who I have spoken to and clearly does not give two s***s about her patients. She runs a medical business, but as I heard someone else put it, she only cares about the business aspect and thus, as stated, doesn't care about "patients," who she only views as "clients," but still does not care whatsoever no matter how important the field of business she has chosen to go into.

Dr. Wu is a great and caring doctor. However, she seems to be subscribing to the brainwashing of "big pharma" and new medicine but she genuinely cares. The girls at the front desk are THE WORST I've ever dealt with. Not only are they rude and make you feel uncomfortable but they have NO medical knowledge of their own. This combined with the fact that Wu only works PT makes it very difficult when something important is needed to be addressed. They don't pass on messages correctly, know the names of medications or give 2 craps about how to speak to the patients. Have complained to the manager-she doesn't care whatsoever either. Good doctors should move to better clinic!
