Please change your anwering service! Your message says you're there at 7:45am-3pm. M,T,TH then on the same message it said we are now closed and re open tom morning. I called for 3 consecutive days all next day,different times of the day -- called diff times of the day not lunch time of course. Seriously, you say closed for 3pm and its only 2pm. It seems like the office is closed. Also I suggest you google your office, another website says you're open from 10am-7pm M-TH. I can't rate the doctor if the office cannot even pick up the phone.

I'm surprised by some of the comments below. His staff was very friendly and helpful and the Dr. himself was very personable and professional. He explained everything as he was doing it and worked very quickly but thoroughly. My experience was very positive. My freezing is completely out and I have no pain whatsoever.

This man is the most arrogant Dr. I have ever come across in my entire life. I had a referral from the hospital for him to look at an infection in my jaw (which should have been covered by OHIP) and only after they took X-Rays and he met with me for 10 mins he told me it would not be covered and as I walked out his nurse handed me a bill for $175.00. I was in his office for less than 10 mins and was charged that much. He was absolutely horrible. I had then been referred to a different oral surgeon who did the procedure free of charge and completely covered through OHIP. I would not suggest this man touching anyone's mouth who doesn't have coverage unless you want a giant bill and absolutely no respect as a patient.

I went to Dr Gusenbauer with an abcessed tooth. I was worried after reading reviews on here but went anyway. The comments on here do not do any of the staff justice. I never met any of the staff who were rude. Dr. Gusenbauer was great. He was very to the point but very caring. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable and my anxiety level was soon eased. I ended up going back to have my tooth pulled. Again I was made to feel comfortable. I would definatley go back as this was the best Dentist I have been too.

I do not understand the negative comments. Dr. Gusenbauer did an extraction for my wife a few weeks ago and it could not have gone any better. He is a highly skilled surgeon and so is the staff around him. He is business-like, explains things fully and we had complete confidence in him.

This doctor is incredibly rude and condescending. He acts as though your questions regarding your own procedures and not valid, and is incredibly dismissive. He does not apply caring techniques such as listening or empathy.
He never makes eye contact and always talks with his back turned.

All together, he is extremely rude, and I left feeling unsettled and angry.

His staff is unlikeable, specifically his receptionist. She is condescending and extremely rude. She rolled her eyes to my son multiple times and is overall very unhelpful.

I am very disappointed and upset with the awful treatment from the entire office.

I went to have my wisdom teeth out a couple of days ago, and I can't believe how quickly my mouth is healing! Dr. Gusenbauer did an amazing job, and I am also amazed at the lack of pain! I haven't taken any of the prescribed Tylenol 3s, and any aching is quickly removed with an Advil. I was extremely nervous going in for the procedure (I hated the idea of being sedated), but the staff were so nice and understanding! The team at Dr. Gusenbauer's office is fantastic, and I would highly recommend this doctor for wisdom teeth removal!
