The scheduling practice,maintaining scheduled appointments and the rudeness of office staff concerns me. I have had had 4 scheduled appointments canceled and rescheduled in the past two months. The office informed me that the eye doctor had emergency surgery. In one instance, I was in the office and was told that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor had an emergency surgery to perform in Columbia. Yet, some patients came in after me and were seen in the office.I don't think they have any regards for a patient's time and funds.

Great Dr., but I think a bit inconsiderate of his patients. He overbooks appts so badly that your AVERAGE WAIT TIME FOR YOUR SCHEDULED appt runs around 2 hours. Patients have to comeback multiple times some services that can be completed during that 2 hour wait (ie. pressure check, photo etc). He has a lot of seniors sitting there for almost 2 hours at a time. Absolutely terrible. He has about 5 people scheduled all a ONE SPECIFIC TIME SLOT (IE 5 PEOPLE ALL 9 AM). With the high volume of patients, logic would dictate to hire another doctor. All of this goes to patien customer service and care.

I recently got Botox at The Facial Aesthetic Center. I had never had Botox before and had a lot of questions. I felt Dr. Mardesich was very willing to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. It was explained to me that the amount of Botox used was based on the recommendations of Allergan, the makers of Botox. Allergan suggests 20 units per group of muscles. So the decision was mine. I was told if I did less than the recommended amount per group of muscles, the duration of how long the effects would last may be shortened. I went ahead with the suggested 20 units and have been very pleased with my results! The price was great and so was the service. Their new office location is lovely. I enjoyed the experience.

I had Cataract Surgery for the left and right eye that was totally successful thanks to Dr. Mardesich and his staff. Now I have 20/20 vision in both eyes WITHOUT glasses.(I have had to wear glasses since I was 5 years old)But not anymore. Thanks Dr. Mardesich and staff for all you have done..

Dr. Mardesich did cataract surgery on my right eye May 25, 2012. Today I received my follow up results and I am back to 20/20. WOW!!!! He will be doing surgery on my left eye July 18 and I am very confident he will get the same results for that eye. He is the BEST OF THE BEST. Crowded waiting area every time speaks highly of his patients' confidence level. He takes time to discuss the issue at hand. Thanks, Dr. Mardesich.

I find his staff very helpful financially and morally. Coming from out of state they treat me like I'm at home. I couldn't ask for a better family to take care of my eyes.

Dr. Mardesich is the BEST eye Dr. His skill is incredible. An absolute perfectionist. He is dedicated to his work and patients. He takes time with his patients to answer their questions and concerns and offers solutions and provides alternatives. I have been his patient for a number of years. He recently performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. He restored my sight and I am ever so grateful. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mardesich to anyone.

Very good doctor. has many patients and sometimes the waiting period exceeds 1 hour. I had three eye surgeries and each time my vision improved. Currently have no problems.

Dr. Mardesich promptly diagnosed a cataract in my right eye and followed it diligently. Surgery 3-9-2010 went very smoothly, post-operative care excellent. Eyesight still 20/20. My insurance has a very high deductible. Dr. M's cash price for surgery was **very** reasonable! My wife is also a patient of his, and he is treating her complex situation very attentively (glaucoma, eye trauma from a traffic accident in her youth). Gladly recommend him to anyone needing excellent eye care.
