Came via ambulance. Waited 8 hours in the waiting room, passed out in pain in the bathroom. Went in for severe dehydration and vomiting. They sent me home while i was still vomiting, shaking, dehydrated, and cramping. Lost 10 pounds in two days, they refused to give me fluids before i peed in a cup for them. Mind you...im in there for i dunno.. DEHYDRATION

Welcome to "third world" medical care. If this isn't the worst medical group I shudder to see the worst. Consistent confusion is the norm from being booked in to being checked out. Errors, forgotten exam procedures, forgotten instructions to patient, misscheduling, missed diagnoses, surprise extra billings from third parties, unavailable access to medical records (through ShareCare at an additional charge to the patient) Avoid this place and go see your neighborhood root doctor; at least he might care.

I was misdiagnosed and almost died the nurse accuse me of something that I didn't do and had the doctor come in to back her up in the doctor stated he didn't believe me and I had a real bad UTI and kidney infection and I was misdiagnosed I will never ever allow myself to get sent to that hospital again it was the most horrible experience I've ever had in my life in a cruciating pain they don't know how to treat people they don't care about what people are going through and I also was told to shut up because other patients were sleeping when I was just expressing my pain rocking back and forth I wasn't given any pain medicine until three or four hours later

I had a bad heart attack only minutes after arriving and had a doctor by my side on the spot with at least seven nurses working on me. They saved my life! Very Grateful!

The medical staff cared for my father near the end of his life and helped give my family enough time to get back to the US and introduce him to his new granddaughter before he passed. Compassionate and helpful professionals all the way around!!

I went to ER with Both Hands, Fingers, Arms, Bth Shoulders and back of Neck Severely Paining,Totally going Numb past a 10/10 Scale. See i had a poor Neck Surgery on West Coast and Relocated back home. I was having a "FBSS" WITH C5-6 Disc Herniation, Bone Spurs, Severe Foramina Narrowing and Severe Kyphosis. Also affecting both left Extremities. I was interrogated like the gestopho. I was laughth at when i brought medical reports proving with Evidence that i was Sufferring with Cervical Myelopathy meaning Spinal Cord Compression which happen on my job whom i gave all information and ther Claims Examiner said they would pay for it. I was treatest the Harsheit that i have ever been treated in my 63 years old Life. I thought it was Discrimination because i was a Black Man coming have used San Francisco Doctors and Hospital. I am a Straight Man. I was given a Raggy Torn up Gown. That i Never Experience in any Hospital. I was yelled at. I was given a shot in my Buttock that i did not Request. I was given a Pill Orally that i did not Request. The Administrastion came in the Room Requesting that i Pay $75.00 now. I gave her my Issures Name of my Workers Compensation Company. I felt that i had entered the Twilight Zone. And i had not done Any Drugs. I confronted my Lawyer about this Poor Bias Treatment.
