Little or no respect for his patients' questions and concerns. Very poor bedside manners, and autrocious social skills! I went to Dr. Hayashida for a consultation ona a liposuction and he flatly refused to discuss the option, and wouldn't answer any questions about it. He simply insisted that I would be better off with a tummy tuck. (I guess it was more bucks for him!) I found him extremely rude and dismissive. In fact, he acted as if he was better than me - even refused to shake my hand. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

Growing up I had a self-esteem issues because my ears were protruding, finally when I was about 20 I saw this Dr. to get otoplasty. It cost me around $3000 and after the surgery I was very upset because my ears looked the same (still sticking out) I went back to him and complained that there was no change and told him to re-do it again (paying more money of coarse). He snickered at me like I was being rediculous. My ears look a little better now, but still not the way I would like. I would never go back to him.

Had breast reduction surgery about 10 yrs ago in sudbury. He was friendly but he botched my brests i'm left with ugly scars and had a bad infection that the doctor here in timmins had to take care of, I never had a follow-up appt. I am not happy at all with the job Dr Hayashida did

The worse Dr I have ever had. Had Breast reduction done back in 1997. Had open sores for a yr before another surgeon did a skin graft. It's been 10 yrs and I still have problems. Areas where scabs and sores had formed are still painful, the skin is raw and occasionally bleeds. My advice FIND A BETTER DOCTOR!!!!

I could not be happier with the job Dr. Hayashida did on my breast reduction. I was never really happy with the size I was, and now he has improved my self image by giving me exactly what I wanted. I am healing great and after only two week of the surgery, I can already notice that there will not be much scaring. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. Although people say his bedside manner is a little off, I never had any problem with him and he always seemed very pleasant and knows his job well. He takes pride in his job and being anal these days makes a great doctor. Thank you for a great job.

I had surgery done years ago by this doctor in Sudbury. I had reconstructive surgery on my breasts. My reduction has left me with horrid scars. When my first surgery was done, and my stitches opened, and i went to emerg, he seemed not worried at all. However, now I am left with disgusting scars on my breasts. I was 18 when I had the surgery. I am 31 now. I went to see a local surgeon here to fix the scars, and OHIP wont cover it, and I will need to spend over 2000 just to fix the one breast. I was not pleased at all with the outcome of this surgery.

He performed surgery on my child who had a hair lip. He did an excellent job with minimal scaring. This was fifteen years ago and the scar is barely noticable. At that time he was very good and took the time to explain everthing to us.

I have seen Dr. Hayashida on 6 occasions and every time I have seen him he has complained about wait times. He also complained to me as he feels that the surgery I have had (all the same, different parts of body) should be done by nurses and not by him. I felt he did a good job on the surgery itself, however it is not helpful to decrease stress when a doctor is complaining to the patient about something that is not in their control. The patient doesn't care about financial constraints or personal opinion about who should or should not be completing a surgery!!!

Have had to deal with him twice. Always very on top of his job, fantastic follow-ups. Does very neat surgical procedures, and can hardly see any marks what so ever. Very Highly Recommended.
