The doctor is good but his awful, rude secretary must be let go or reported to the proper authorities. If you need a G.I. go elsewhere.

I have several visits with Dr.Goussev and found him very professional, knowledgeable, competent, skillful, responsive and thorough. He would answer all relevant questions in detail, smile and welcome you in a manner that is empowering and comforting. Recently Dr.Goussev has hired a very friendly,good mannered and responsive secretary named Ada who is 20 times more friendly and helpful than the previous office secretary

Dr Stern and Helen are amazing. The new secretary, not impressed with at all. She has been rude to me and my husband more than once now.

I have been going to Doctor Goussev for over 5 years my fist meeting was felt he didn't have a good beside manner but once you get to know him he has a great sense of humor, He allows you to ask him many times if you don't understanding what procedure that he is doing he is very patient in that area, this doctor has gotten me through many difficult times and I want to thank him for that. I also want to thank his receptionist for always showing concern and understand I have seem many patience be very unkind to her and she deals with them very professionally keep up the good work.
