Was very rude and didn't seem to care. Didn't really listen to my concerns.

Dr. Sollom incorrectly diagnosed an obvious back issue not once, but twice in a row. Im guessing three office visits pays better than one. He ultimately blamed my issues on me being overweight. Nevermind the major automobile accident I was in that make it difficult to exercise in the first place and the reason I was sent to his office. His findings were based on his narrow-minded opinions and not facts. If you are in pain, see a pain specialist. There is really no need to waste your time with such a arrogant, ignorant, and incompetent doctor. He should join the carnival and guess peoples weight if thats all he cares about.

Dr. Sollom is one of the best doctors I've ever had--and I've been to a lot of doctors. I've been seeing him for 25 years. He is always thorough and answers all my questions. A lot of doctors I've seen throughout the years (general practitioners, neurologists, pediatricians) will be very pleasant and crack a lot of jokes...and then tell you they don't know what's wrong, or dismiss your concerns outright. Sometimes they may refer you to another doctor. There are warmer, more entertaining doctors than Dr. Sollom, but if that matters more to you than medical knowledge and physical recovery, then you're likely more lonely or bored than injured and should probably tend to your psychosocial needs first. If you are injured and need an accurate diagnosis, a detailed plan for recovery, and a fantastic physician to direct the process, I doubt you could do better than Dr. Sollom.

Hey- I have been going to him for 11 years. I now live in KY and I fly to ND FOR HIM. He is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent. So what if his bedside manner isn't like your Grandma. For Pete's sake- are you there to be coddled or aided in your healing process and pain management? He has relieved my pain for years and I dread the day he retires. So, get off your pitty pot Nancy. Does not listen to the patent, has struck injured area with hand before knowning the true depth of the injury. Doubts the injury that other doctors have said the patient has as an injury. Poor detail to the issues of the patient.
