Dr. Berry is a exceptional Doctor who has helped my chronic condition for over two years. His support staff take the time to know my case and are very responsive. I have recommended several friends and family to him all with positive results. If you have a neck related issue he is the best in Reno

Robert Berry is one of the most unprofessional doctors in the Reno area. He gives no medical advice, solutions, or direction during office visits yet charges as if he is a Neurosurgeon. His only response to your problem is "let us give you an epidural." He is complacent and seems lost during visits. There are quality Doctors in his office but they are misrepresented by Robert. His support staff are nice, but do not return phone calls or request for information, referrals, medical imaging, etc. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Berry performed wrong procedure on me and then try to make it appear I misunderstood him. He was initially very friendly but on the last appointment not only was he unfriendly but he rushed through the appointment, did not pay attention to what I was saying and tried to schedule me for another procedure which is the actual procedure he should of done on the prior visit.

Everyone was awesome at this facility. I've undergone treatment for two years for an accident from 2011. Dr. Berry is informative, answered all my questions, and checked on me several times after my procedure to see how I was feeling. The nurses made sure I was comfortable and were very polite. Dr. Berry was quite graceful during my procedure which is something I appreciated greatly.

I have been seeing Dr. Berry now for several months and I must say I have been very impressed on the quality of care I have received from the doctor and his staff! I have been suffering from back pain for 2 years and the epidural injection has done wonders for me! I am happy with the relief I have gained from it. Dr. Berry has been very attentive to my needs and do not rush me out of his office like I have experienced with other doctors at different offices. He displays a very caring attitude and so far I have been pleased with his care of me!
