Dr Murat performed a colonoscopy on me. I was having major issues and was fearing colon cancer. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable . He recognized my issue, which was not cancer and provided sound advise on how to deal with it. He was correct and the issue has been resolved. He even contacted me late on a Sunday to check on my welfare. Highly recommend this Doctor.

Never had a good experience with him. For a doctor with as many year experience as him, you'd expect at least a polite experience. Instead I was talked down to and made to feel uncomfortable. It's scary enough to experience a medical condition you've never had before. I would go into the office shaking and sweating. Nervousness about visiting the doctor definitely made my condition worse. But the real kicker for me was that he refused to recognize other "life" factors as causes for underlying issues. He focuses strictly on what he sees and not what you're telling him. Ask for a referral to someone else from your GP.

Arrogant, rude, demeaning, and will drop you as a patient when you’re at your sickest. When things begin to get out of his control he blames the patient and automatically thinks the patient is “non-compliant”
If you like going for scopes and not seeing his face ever then this guy is for you.

Can you be arrogant to the point of stupidity? Yes! If you are Dr Murat. This man is exceptionally rude and oh so full of himself. He speaks down to you as if you are incapable of even remotely understanding what he says...unfortunately, much of what he says is absolutely wrong. Drops patients when he doesnt know how to help them so he doesnt have to admit when he is wrong or needs help. Unless you have zero choice, stay away!!!

Dr. Murat was quick and to the point. He performed argon plasma coagulation treatments which stopped excessive bleeding for my colon damaged by radiation.

I wish it was possible to give negative numbers to rate him. The most arrogant man ever. My husband saw him today and Murat had the audacity to tell my husband that the diagnosis from a few years ago, which came from Murat, was not what he told him. Apparently chronic pancreatitis is not what my husband has, only pancreatic deficiency. The meds he is on are causing the pains. Murat prescribed most of them!!!. Going to family doctor today and will be insisting on a new internest that doesn't treat people like they are beneath him and lie about things he has told you in the past. What a disgrace to the medical field!!
