I noticed he is #2. Hell no. This man was rude and his wife was worse. Glad he is gone. His knowledge stopped on 1970.

Dr MacKenzie was my family physician for about thirty years. He was exceptional. Unfortunately for us all, he retired from medical practice 3 yrs ago. Please remove his listing.

Almost two years later I still think about both Andrew and Pam. Interacting with my new young doctor seems so clinical and cold. He's OK, but I bet if we passed on the street he wouldn't even recognize me.

Dr. MacKenzie was my personal physician for 32 years and when he was trying to retire we found a new GP. His quiet demure hid his underlying knowledge and caring for each patient. He is a great doctor

Andrew was our family doctor for 20 years. And we are so grateful to him.for looking out for our health. It is hard to find someone with his skill, knowledge, gentle manner and most of all his respect and caring for his patients. And for his wife Pam could mm it have gotten some specialist appointment if it were not for her tenacity and drive as well as her caring attitude for the patients. happy retirement to them both Linda.s

Hands Down the BEST doctor in B.C.! Dr. Mackenzie is an outstanding professional who has taken care of myself & my family for over 20 years. He & Pam are exceptional listeners and they have been very kind to me when I went through a health crisis. Dr. Mackenzie & Pam have gone out of their way to accommodate my kids and see them when they are sick. There will never be another doctor like him.

As a recently retired veteran who's moved back to Greater Vancouver, I decided to read reviews to find a family doctor. I called Dr, Mackenzie's office after having read his reviews and experienced an extremely rude, curt lady on the phone who had zero manners. I even gave her a chance to correct herself by asking if everything was alright and if she was ok, to which she cut me off and said again they weren't taking anymore patients. I hope this isn't the norm, but perhaps Dr. Mackenzie can work on that aspect. I will say, however that the phone was answered promptly. I wasn't surprised he wasn't taking any new patients (I'm not unaccustomed to that answer), but ALL the other doctor's offices had WAY more professional and courteous staff answering phones.
