Dr Bass been my doctor for many year. She know her craft and although wait time can be long due to her going to hospital and deliver babies ; she is the best at her job. I had a Hyst and everything was so smooth from pro op to post op.

I have been a pt for 5 years, and love Dr. Bass, she was so patient with me during my hyst surg. She also gave my daughter her first pap at age 18 and spent a lot of time counseling her. My daughter was very impressed and have been going to her yearly. Now there will be a wait for your appt- and each time I have been unlucky as someone always goes in to labor during my appt time! She does have high turn over with office staff - since Catina the LVN - I really loved her, but she left cause her child was sickly. The front desk staff are incompetent-unorganized and not very helpful. In spite of all of this, I have referred friends as Dr. Bass is such a kind Doctor and worth the wait.

Dr Bass is all about C-section for her comfort and probably more money. We took couple of second opinion after the delivery and her reasons were not justified for c-section. Also she is never on time even on the c-section scheduled time she was late.

The best of the best.I had my first baby 4 months back.Dont have words to thank Dr. Bass for the incredible work she did.She is a perfect OBGYN.Yes, her appoinments are never in time. But she is worth all the time you wait to see her. They refunded the extra money that I paid before I changed into a better insurance plan. The doctor was just on time for my delivery @ the room.her little advices all thorough the pregnancy helped me have a very happy and cherished NORMAL pregnancy. She pays the most attention to all your ailments, and thats very comforting. I have recommended her to all my friends and I wish everybody out here also have the best pregnancy/doctor experience that I've had!

Had my worst experience with this doctor.I selected her on the basis of the ratings online for my first pregnancy, but my experience with her was pathetic. I had a miscarriage and she was so cold about it. I had 3 visits altogether, all of which were hell.I had to wait 4,3 and 4 hrs respectively to just to get her visit. Since it ended as miscarriage, i expected her to suggest me my options as to how to get the period out as it was my first such horrible experience. She suggested nothing, and told me nothing what so ever as to what my options are or how should I overcome such an emotional burden. She did not talk to me about induced period/natural period/d & c or any further appointments with her...so I went home all blank, not knowing what to do next or how the stuff inside would come out. From friends and family I came to know my options, but thankfully i got my period in a week. My first pregnancy experience was the worst ever...thanks to her.pls avoid such insensitive doctor.

Dr. Bass is attentive to the patients, but you have to wait over an hour past you appointment time on average. Even in the morning. This may be okay for some, but scheduling your work day goes out the window, especially in the last month when you have an appointment ever week. The office manager, BJ, fails to abide by the customer service model and would be better suited as a window cleaner.

Dr. Bass is very knowledgeable, but I only recommend her if someone doesn't mind a C-section delivery. She does not like to wait, she doesn't have much of a staff, so she's not going to wait for you all night to have your baby! Also, if you have an appointment and one of her patients goes into labor, be prepared to wait for her.

I have been Dr. Bass's patient for the past 6 years. She took care of both my deliveries. With my second child I went into labor at 5 in the morning. I called her emergency number and she was there 5 minutes after I reached the hospital. Even though I had to wait a little during my routine checkups I was very happy to see that she came to the hospital in time and my baby was born 30 minutes later. I have recommended her to my friends and colleagues. I think she is a very caring and efficient doctor.

Dr. Bass constantly changes office staff and she is attentive to the patients it is a good thing when I get familiar with the Dr to also famaliarize myself with the staff also. To be able to confide in a nurse( same nurse )is most beneficial to a dr. patient relationship. the front Desk is always keeping you on hold and its always someone new sitting there. What is the problem.
