As the husband/father, I am providing this review. My wife and I were referred to Dr. Burt from our Invitro physician 18 years ago. Dr. Burt delivered our twins - son and daughter. My wife sees Dr. Burt for her regular exams AS does our daughter who he delivered 18 years ago. I have followed up with Dr. Burt on occasion to make sure all is well for my wife and daughter. He is still the kindest, warm, informative physician I have met. If you are under his care, you are seeing the very best.

Horrible Office Staff. Doctor never returns phone calls. I called Dr. Burt's office due to the fact my wife was very ill in her 2nd trimester and was experiencing severe pain. Despite both him and his nurse being in the office that day, I never received a call back despite trying over fives times to reach him. Dr. Burt seems like a good, honest man, but his administrative and office management practices are poor to say the least. If I can't trust you to return a phone call, I certainly don't trust you with the life of my child.

Well we need a caring dr and has passion for patients. He doesn't concern about patients but his own time.

Worst experience with a doctor that I have ever had. Not caring or compassionate. I left holding back tears. There are much better Doctors in the area.

I love Dr. Burt. He has been there when I miscarried the first time. He was so compassionate and even sent me a personalized card. He has delivered my two baby boys as well. I truly feel well cared for an blessed to call him my doctor:)

I have been seeing Dr. Burt for years, as have all of my friends. He is kind, compassionate, and thorough. I have had 2 babies with him, and since then, have seen him for multiple yearly exams and problems. My care has always been exceptional.

I think that Dr. Burt is great if you are pregnant. He takes the time to take care of you and the babies. The best OBGYN for being taken care while pregnant. On the other hand, if you have decided not to have more kids, I would switch doctors. I noticed an immediate change on how I was treated once I decided not to have more kids. My appointments were hurried and I just became this patient that was taking time away from other patients that were pregnant. I went from loving to talk to him, to not wanting to go to my annual exam. It was time to switch. But once again, he is a great doctor if you are pregnant.

He's a very nice doctor, but ultimately I chose to go with a different doctor because Dr. Burt was very against performing the type of sterilization that I wanted. He strongly prefers another type of procedure for sterilization, and when I advised him that I had done thorough research on the procedure he reccommends, that it was not a good fit for me and that I would prefer to go the traditional route. He begrudgingly and very half heartedly agreed to perform the procedure, but honestly I just didn't trust him after this and found a different doctor who respects the patients opinion and wishes about her care/body.
