Starting with the staff, Yien and Stephanie, you know you are already in good hands. They were always around to answer my questions. Dr Beber is very personable and has amazing bedside manner. I am 5 weeks post op now (breast augmentation) and not only do they look amazing but the care I have continued to receive after my surgery had been top notch. I am so grateful to Dr Beber and staff!

I had been considering breast reduction surgery for a number of years, and finally decided to take the plunge three months ago. I had an extremely positive experience with Dr. Beber and simply can’t say enough good things about him and his staff! His bedside manner is impeccable and he is kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He patiently and thoughtfully answered my many questions, and walked me through the benefits and potential procedural risks. The man is an artist: he’s not just a phenomenal surgeon, but also has a keen aesthetic eye, and will give you YOUR best breasts. Based on our discussions, I trusted him to tell me what final size breasts would look best and most proportionate to my frame — and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! His office staff are incredibly skilled, helpful, and empathetic (Yien is lovely!) I qualified for OHIP coverage, and Yien seamlessly processed all the necessary paperwork on my behalf in record time. My experience of breast reduction surgery with Dr. Beber was great. The quality of his work is excellent. I am happier than I could have ever imagined. His bedside manner is wonderful - easy to talk to, caring and professional. He clearly creates a workplace culture with this in mind, because his staff was also wonderful throughout the process. Breast reduction was an ongoing difficult issue throughout my life. Dr. Beber helped make it the best decision I have ever made. I felt safe and clear about every step along the way, including post surgery. Also, surgical staff at the hospital went out of their way to tell me how fortunate I was to have Dr. Beber as my surgeon. I want to thank my GP who recommend him to me and RATEMDs which was a good tool when doing my own research. There is a reason why Dr. Beber is known as the best.

I am a breast cancer survivor with a double mastectomy after chemotherapy and radiation. Dr. Beber gave me a lot of confidence and I started feeling happier, stronger, and beautiful again. Dr. Beber has been my Plastic Surgeon since the beginning of my breast reconstruction process and he has been the one who showed his expertise and knowledge to create a master piece from scratch. Dr. Beber used all the technology, all the techniques available to help such a traumatic case like mine and the results are amazing. We need more Doctors like Dr. Beber in the world. I highly recommend Dr. Beber.
He is a kind, compassionate doctor with a superb bedside manner.
In early August I broke bones in my hand playing tennis. I went to see Dr. Beber at 7:30 a.m. on August 9th. He stayed late that night at the Michael Garron Hospital to operate on my hand and put two pins in. Four weeks later he painlessly removed the pins without an anesthetic. My hand has now fully recovered.

I am a transgender patient, and I got gender affirming top surgery with Dr. Beber on September 26, 2019. I am so thrilled with my surgery results, and this surgery has been life changing for me!

I actually had initially applied to get OHIP funding to get my surgery at another prominent clinic that is known for top surgeries. I waited over 8 months for my consultation there, only to find that I was looking at 2+ years of additional wait time. I reapplied to OHIP and got coverage to see Dr. Beber in May 2019. I had my consult on July 3. From the moment I met Dr. Beber, I felt more comfortable with him operating on me than I did the other doctor. He was thorough in the consult, and took time to really examine my chest tissue, skin elasticity, discuss options and concerns, etc (this was compared to a very brief and rushed consult with the other surgeon). He suggested the keyhole method for me, and was able to leave me with minimal scarring.

My recovery has been quite smooth. I had minimal pain compared to what I was expecting, and only had to use opiates the day after my surgery. Four days after my surgery I had my first post-op appointment and reveal / drain removal with Yien. I was expecting a pretty bruised up looking chest, and I was prepared for a lot of loose skin that might’ve taken up to a year to retract fully. However, my chest looked nearly perfect from that first reveal! It is probably a combination of gentle surgical technique and my physiology, but I had no visible bruising, and the skin had no loose or folded areas.

Bottom line is that I’m very grateful for what Dr. Beber has done for me. I feel like I have a very unique result, catered to my anatomy and considering my personal needs and desires. Yien is also excellent and has been very responsive to my questions during the healing process!

Dr Beber is an amazing doctor,
He removed a back mole twice , he is caring, professional and GREAT doctor!
Doctors have to be humans and Dr Beber is one of them…
