After having a multitude of symptoms of a stroke and other neurological issues I had a referral to Dr. Blevins. I have a strong genetic family history with similar symptoms to what my family member experienced. Dr. Blevins was extremely dismissive, his bedside manner was awkward, and overall I would not recommend. After reading my consult report from him, there were many inconsistencies with what I had told him I had/have experienced and what he wrote which was inaccurate. Since he deemed my condition not MS, he said it was just migraines and no follow-up required despite neurological MRI findings. I would not recommend this Doctor unless you have MS (which he seems to only care about).

I appreciate my experience seeing Dr. Blevins. I was having multiple MS attacks/year prior to him getting me on medication. The medication seemed to be working, but ultimately made me sicker. That experience lead me to find the root cause of the disease for me. I went for a c-spine alignment, cut out gluten, sugar and dairy and I haven't had an attack or any symptoms in years. Dr Blevins you need to educate yourself on this. Check out all of your MS patients spinal misalignment. No one needs to suffer if they have a doctor with the information. Stop promoting drugs that mask symptoms and educate yourself and your patients on the research of Dr Terry Wahls. Thank you for the crucial experience

I was extremely surprised at the comments previously on Dr. Blevins. My experience with both him and his staff was above expectations. He was exceedingly thorough in his diagnostic process, got me in for an MRI immediately and a follow up phone call a mere 48 hours after the MRI with a course of action presented for the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to engage his expertise in the future.

The first time I saw Blevins was in the ER. He was extremely dismissive and told me I should be back to “normal” in one week. 3 years later and I’m not back to “normal.” I saw him for a follow up appointment recently and he told me he doesn’t know the cause of my brain lesions and vision problems. I saw a new neurologist, who was much more kind and thorough with me. He read my chart in front of me and told me that Blevins apparently diagnosed me on this chart with functional neurological disorder. Absolutely unprofessional to put this on my chart without ruling out other conditions and actually taking the time to hear my symptoms. Furthermore, he did not even inform me of this “diagnosis”. Blevins does like to assume things about you. He is dismissive, sneaky, not helpful whatsoever. Avoid unless you want to be deemed as “crazy” behind your back.

My wife died now I'm finally ready to ask this joke of a doctor to tell me why he was"nt able to diagnose my wife for the 5 years she seen him. I brought her to every appointment as well as at least 10 MRI's 2 lumbar punctures , IT was a 3 hour drive to have him say we are not sure. Well Blevins your as helpful as a back pocket in a t-shirt. You will near more of me and will be telling someone why you put my wife through all that you did.

Dr. Blevins has not been committed in finding out the cause of the symptoms. He is incapable of thinking out of the box and is determined to make his point, despite blood test results affirming very serious conditions. It is my understanding that neurologist deal with nerve problems, however, this particular doctor seems to only specialize with certain conditions and refuses to go any further.

I went in for an hour appt with Dr. Blevins in late 2020 after 7 years if not seeing him, his nurse does the appts. I asked why the hand sanitizer smelled so bad and he replied that they added formaldehyde in it. THAT IS ILLEGAL. He forgot his Hippocratic oath of Do No Harm. run far from this neurologist he doesn’t want to help you.
