This doctor dropped me as a patient after I brought it to his attention that I wasn’t feeling better after years in his care. I heard from others that he also dropped them too. I spent tons of money on supplements and natural stuff and didn’t feel a thing better. Felt like he kept brushing off huge clues & not taking the time to look deeper into it. Spent 4 years with him and the biggest thing I noticed is that my bank account had less money in it when he was done with me. Not sure he’s equipped for serious infectious diseases. He speaks really fast and tries to end appointments a few minutes too early despite patients paying out of pocket for that time

I’m a 35 year old mother of 2 who has struggled with what I thought was diagnosed Lyme disease (Igenex, Armin Labs). I’ve seen many specialists, 4 naturopathic doctors before Dr. Chan and many therapeutic based doctors. No one has made a dent in my symptoms or been able to help me. Within two visits Dr. Chan did in depth testing which showed what the real problem is and completely ruled out Lyme disease. I now have a care plan in place with a hopeful and probable recovery to getting my life back and ensuring a healthy mother for my two children. The amount of funds that have been spent trying to slow down the progression of Lyme is disgusting, the medical system needs massive changes to start helping people instead of neglecting them. Without Dr. Chan my financial future and quality of life was grim and made the future a hard thing to think about. I’ve never been so thankful. Dr. Chan is kind, so KNOWLEDGEABLE, and clearly has become a doctor for all the RIGHT reasons. Dr. Chan you are an angel on earth and the work your doing is absolutely priceless. Dr. Chan is one of the few, rare, medical specialists you find who's expertise is only eclipsed by his caring nature. He know what he's talking about, he's thorough, he really cares, he remembers the little things and he varies treatment to find success. I've been fortunate to go through almost 3 years of treatment with him for Lyme, to come back to remission. He is a gift.

Dr. Chan is the best medical professional that I have dealt with in my 59 years on this earth. Not only is his knowledge and experience highly evident in many faucets of health and welfare of the human body, but his compassion and kindness for his patients is rare in the medical community. I had improperly treated lyme (only a short course of antibiotics) and co-infections. Treatment from the medical profession was non existent. Seeing Dr Chan and following his treatment gave me back my life.
