First met Dr. Wiggins in the hospital, as he cared for my husband's bleeding ulcer. Found him to be friendly, knowedgeable, and reassuring. We felt in capable hands. Great bedside manner. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Went to see Dr Wiggins in a lot of pain. Waited 1 3/4 hours to see the Dr. No apology. Asked if my procedure could be ASAP because of my pain and he said yes. Staff then informed me it would be a 3 month wait. I phoned the good Dr and it took 2 weeks for someone to call me back! Forget him!
