While I was uninsured at the time, EMS told me I could ask for my release upon arrival in Emergency Room,which I ended up paying bill for EMS, and use of emergency room, which I didn't have problem with.I told nurses upon arrival that I didn't have insurance and the Ems technician said i could be released. The nurse informed doctor, they rolled me into a room, and Dr. Philip Beattie told me to sign the Release paper and that I wouldn't be billed for services he never rendered. Well, He ended up a BIG FAT LIAR one week later when i received a notice form my Geico Car insurance stating that my emergency doctor was trying to bill my car insurance company!! The Bill was $397.00!!! I couldn't believe this, this is False Billing for services never rendered... This guy should be fined or suspended, or have soap put in his mouth for lying!!
