Is he schizophrenic? When I saw him in person he was rude, rough and totally unprofessional. When he did his telephone follow-up weeks later he was polite. I asked for a copy of the report he sent to my family doctor. In it he claims that I had difficulty in communicating. Not true, he just didn't want to listen to what I was saying. I still have no idea if he got the diagnosis correct - but what he said on phone is different from what is in his report to my family doctor.

Hands down, the Worst Doc ever!!! He really does need to the win the Worst Doctor award. He is Extremely rude, very snappy towards patients, arrogant, and absolutely no bedside manners at all. Carries a big chip on his shoulders; a very, very angry man! Doesn’t realize that without us the public as patients, coming to see him he would not get paid the big $$$$$!!! He should be thanking us, so he can get paid the big dollars. Seems to me, he hates to be bothered for seeing him, as if he has more important things to do in life, then to see a very sick patient. Not only is he rude and arrogant, but he completely missed diagnosed me!. Seen two other Gastro. Dr’s for second opinion, they said he missed diagnosed me completely. Take my advice, avoid this Doctor at all cost if you want to save your life, he is a very arrogant, angry, & miserable person and not to mention a very Bad Doctor too!!! Extremely Terrible!!!

Dr Seaton was very personable on the phone. He called exactly when he said he would call. He answered all my questions in detail. Explained everything I needed to know very well and in no way made me feel I was not his priority at the time. I would recommend him and am happy to have him as my specialist!

Best colonoscopy I’ve ever had🙌🏻 nurses were great especially as I explained my fears in regards to IV’s to Helen. Dr. Seaton and the anesthesiologist were kind, compassionate and even made me laugh while going under! KR.

This doctor is snide, rude, and offensive. He cut me off constantly when I tried to speak and insulted me when I asked questions, all the while treating me like a 5 year old child that he didn't have the patience to deal with. I had 2 appointments with him and he was so obnoxious I was in tears in his office on both occasions. My stress level for my procedure was so high that when he came into the procedure room I was choked up to a point where I couldn't speak to answer him when he asked me a question. Absolutely brutal....

Good staff but big dumb Trevor sucks at his job, late every appointment and just doesn't care about anyone other than himself.

Very rude and unorganized
Waited there for 45 minutes and he got one patient ahead of me although he arrived 10 minutes after my appointment start time and when I protested he was very rude
I left and canceled my appointment and will never go back again

This morning I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with Doctor Seaton - he was excellent and exceeded my expectations (i.e. patiently explained both procedures, was very caring in answering basic questions etc.) His nurses Karen and Tanya were excellent as well. Dr. Season was patient, personable and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He answered all my questions. Very through. His secretary was very nice.
