Doctor Coe has been following my daughter since she was 6 years old, he is still her cardiologist and she is 38 now. He is a very kind man and gentle. He explains things in plain English and makes sure the parents understand what is happening. My daughter has had 5 heart surgeries and I believe Dr. Coe has done them all. 1 was life saving the others were necessary but not critical. I highly recommend Dr. Coe for any child who has need of a pediatric cardiologist.

He's the best Doctor you'll ever meet. Dr. Coe was my son's Cardiologist for almost 20+ years. You will never meet another cardiologist that is more knowledgeable, humble, patient and genuinely kind. We miss Dr. Coe. If you fortunate enough to be followed by Dr. Coe count your lucky stars.

Everything about this brilliant man is top notch. He is thorough, answers all your questions and won’t leave until he knows you fully understand but at the same time, values both your input and time as a parent as well.

His staff is friendly as well. Appointments can feel lengthy but keeping in mind how thorough he is, it makes perfect sense.

Both my cousin and I had holes in our hearts and him and his team were amazing for both surgeries. He also made sure my sugars were being well monitored during the entire thing and didn’t release me until he and the endos were completely confident that my sugars would not cause any complications with recovery. The nursing staff are constantly making sure the patients are as comfortable as possible prior, and post surgery. Recently my cousins heart started racing and wasn’t sure if she could see Dr coe as our surgeries were quite awhile ago. The day of her being in the medi centre with these problems they contacted his office and Dr Coe wanted to see her the next day. He’s extremely compassionate about his patients.

Dr. Coe has been my cardiologist since birth and I can say that he is amazing. When I got my open heart surgery, he was on top of the recovery so well. I’m not exaggerating when I say that he perfectly predicted everything that came to pass during my recovery, and ultimately saved my life. I highly recommend anyone with a congenital heart defect to seek him as their cardiologist, as he is a literal life-saver. I’ve also seen a number of other cardiologists during my recovery and I can tell you that, however good they were, their knowledge and experience did not hold a candle to Dr. Coe. If you or a family member are looking for the best cardiologist, Dr. Coe should be at the top of your list.

Dr. Coe has been one of our son's cardiologists since his first operation at 5 days old at Stollery Children's Hospital through his growth into the 17 year old young man he is today. Our last interaction with Dr. Coe had us marveling at the latest life sustaining technology Dr. Coe put into our son's chest... a Melody Valve.... effectively replacing the need for him to have another painful open heart procedure, in lieu of a less intrusive cardiac cathetorization. It's amazing how far the sciences has come in such a short duration and Canadians are truly fortunate to have people like Dr. Coe who've dedicated their lives to the creative solutions that keep our heart babies growing strong and living long. Dr. Coe is our hero ! Thank you for all you do !
