Dr Black has provided my family with excellent care for over 30 years. He is an outstanding doctor. He looks you in the eye and pays attention. I dont believe I have ever seen him with a laptop. I havent seen him in a while. I called during the summer for an appt. they lady asked me why I wanted to see him and when I told her the rather embarassing (and potentially life threatening) truth she laughed at me. That actually happened. 3 months later I finally made an appt. This woman attacked me verbally as soon as she saw me. She prevented me from seeing my family doctor. The only one I trust. His staff nowadays is deplorable. She knew she was in the wrong and chased me out. Didnt Shakespeare once write: I think thou doth protest too loudly. She was very loud and extremely unruly. Like someone angry in walmart, not a health care professional. This after laughing at a 47 year old male who tends to bleed out of-never mind.
I love this man he is kind. That lady is mean but she does not define him. I would very much like to stay a client of his but am currently seeking help elsewhere.

The staff is sometimes very rude and does not return calls sometimes at all. There two hour lunches are unacceptable. It took 18 hours to get a callback for my 92 yearold mothers new perscription. JUST NOT RIGHT!
