I had bunion surgery in July 2023. He explained everything well about what to expect. I never felt rushed if I had questions and he is very caring. I felt very confident in having the surgery with him. It is ludicrous the surgery I had is not the standard treatment and that once he retires this is not an option. I was able to walk out of his office with relatively minimal pain that was managed by off the shelf medication. Everyone that I dealt with in the practice was friendly and supportive. The staff is very friendly and caring. The appointment started on time. I choose the Dr.Naftalin after reading all reviews and was very satisfied with the visit. He is THE Specialist. He investigated my problematic foot, gave very detailed answers on all my questions. We discussed possible reasons, treatment and expectations for solving my problem with what I thought was hammer toe. He is a very caring doctor. And as a bonus - he has an excellent sense of humor.

Excellent podiatrist, had bunion surgery in 2020. Warranty is up to 2 years if you have any problems, issues.
Will miss him when he retires.
Staff is very friendly and supportive.

We are so grateful for Dr Naftolin. He honestly gave my 13 year old daughter her life back. She is a rep level athlete and was devastated when she developed her bunion. She was in so much pain that walking short distances was becoming a challenge. She had the surgery and 9 weeks later her foot is better then ever. No restrictions and she is back at her sports. She is so happy to not be in pain anymore. It is an out of pocket surgery but worth every penny. Neil and his staff are so kind and welcoming. When we left the office on our final visit my daughter actually said she will miss seeing them. I highly recommend Dr Naftolin.

I was a little hesitant about bunion surgery until I met Dr. Naftolin. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Once the surgery was performed, everything about the recovery unfolded exactly as he said it would. He is a master at his craft and I would highly recommend him. Had bunion surgery on both feet (2 weeks apart.) during COVID pandemic. All went as planned, felt very comfortable all the time and the results are awesome. Dr Naftolin is an excellent podiatrist with great sense of humour.

I found Dr Neil to be very professional, personal and knowledgeable. I have a very complicated issue with one foot. He actually saved me from losing a toe.
