I waited 6 months to drive 3 hours to meet with an allergist and it was this doctor. She wasn't very patient with my questions or even my answers to her standard questionnaire! I feel that she didn't really listen to me. A lack of empathy? Maybe I'm not the easiest patient, but I do not appreciate my symptoms of many years, which other doctors have suggested are allergies, and family history suggests are allergies, being so easily dismissed. She seemed unwilling to discuss the various possibilities and things I could do (until I persisted) other than the one test I was referred to have. Very disappointing!

I have been seeing Dr. Kalicinsky for 9yrs and have always found her to be very open. I have never felt rushed, she open to being questioned and answers questions fully and in a way which make it easy to understand. She is open to being challenged and has grudgingly negotiated treatment plans. I have and would continue to recommend her to family and friends.

was treated very rude like i was wasting her time.. maybe she was having a bad day but i left very upset with the way i was treated.... i was not heard out and made to feel like i was faking and i didnt get the testing done i wanted instead i got vary minimal of what i needed and left in such a frenzy i could not think straight

Dr. Kalicinsky is a very kind and caring doctor. She takes time to listen to your questions and provide advice accordingly.

She is extremely wonderful in her field of work. Excellent professional manners and willing to assist anyway she can. Her staff are also wonderful at their jobs. Would reccommend anyone if they can get referred to her, it is definately worth the trip.

i have seen her only once so for immune related problems, but she was a very nice lady for the 5 minutes i was with her.Her medical student was very thorough when discussing my symptoms.she seemed okay maybe just a little shy. Her receptionist is a wonderful lady, very personable and helpful.

I was sent to Dr. Kalicinsky by my family doctor for allergy and asthma testing. I had a chronic chest cough for multiple years. I had to go back every 6 weeks for a follow-up. Every time I saw her she gave me a diffrent drug. I had recommended to her to have an x-ray of my lungs and she refused, then perscribed me another steroid. I have stopped seeing her, and I am happy that I did. She is a pill pusher and doesn't listen to your problems. I was very unimpressed.

I have concerns about this doctor's knowledge. She does not seem to keep up her reading on the latest journals. I went to see her for testing and was told not to be concerned about several allergens. I soon after had a near death reaction for something I was told I didn't need to be tested for. After I had symptoms of another delayed reaction and went to ER, but when I reported this to her I was told wasn't because of an allergen, and the symptoms were probably unrelated. No followup testing was done. Unfortunately, there are few others in this field.

Dr. Kalicinsky is very thorough, will listen, and take your issues seriously. I have been seeing her for a few years and she has taken wonderful care of my health!
