Uncomfortable experience. This doctor did not address me directly (got an assistant to), opened a door with people outside while I was de-robed and the environment has way too many personal articles citing how great he apparently is, along with too much religious propaganda. I do not recommend this doctor.

I was mis-diagnosed by Dr. Simone. He look 5 seconds to look at the lesion on my leg and said I had psoriasis. This was the only lesion on my body. He briefly looked at my elbows and feet and confirmed his diagnosis. I have no problems with these areas of my body.
I obtained another dermatology appt as the cream he gave me did nothing. This dermatologist took a biopsy. The pathology report came back indicating a cancerous lesion.

Dr Simone, God give you a long life to keep helping your patients.
He has one of the few, very few walking clinics for dermatology in Toronto. You go there without appointment and you wait until is your turn. There is always many people waiting but you can leave and the assistant will call you when your time is coming.
I have several biopsies done here and they only charge me if the results coming negative, because the ohip will not cover the lab charges.
Very happy to have a professional so dedicated and such a good person too. If you have the chance read about his life, very interesting.

I really didn't want to believe in the negative reviews but unfortunately they're right. I went in with moderate to severe psoriasis, waited 2 hrs just to have a rushed Dr. Simone look at my lesion for one second and prescribe me a so-called "miracle cream" (read: yet another steroid cream), as the nurse called it and sent me on my way. I'm afraid that any subsequent visits would result in a wild goose-chase of different creams instead of more modern treatments after steroid creams become untenable.

Anyway if you have any more advanced skin conditions I recommend NOT going with this Doctor as he seems very busy to address your personalized needs given the nature of it being a walk-in facility.

I went in for a severely swollen cyst, when I finally got in the room he came in with some young girl in scrubs, said we can take care of this and left the room for a nervous nurse to do the extraction. She left midway I heard her say she needed help he proceeded to tell her it’s ok keep going, more practice. I’m not a lab rat this is my face we are talking about. Needless to say I have a big hole in my face without it being done properly and I was charged 50 dollars that I haven’t paid yet and wondering why I should

I have been dealing with a chronic skin problem on and off for more than 30 years - it was well worth the wait - he took the time to explain the problem and his treatment plan - he thought outside the box and I am now able to manage the problem and have no pain - after visiting at least 4 dermatologists I knew my condition is chronic and Dr. Simone concurred - however Dr. Simone did not make me feel that in some way exacerbations were my fault - I have now had several years of comfort and I have Dr. Simone for that

I have known Dr. Simone for over 20 years, first through his Humanitarian work then his work as a Dr. I have friends who he's helped who have been very pleased with the outcome. The ratings on this site up until September 13th is testament of the level od service he provides.

I just find it appaling that after more than 30 years of service he and his office would not continue to provide the same great service.
Last couple of comments appears malicious, therefore, as someone with great respect for this Dr. I ask that you take a look at his 90% 5 🌟 ratings to understand why Dr. Simone is your best choice in Dermatologist.

I had "an appointment" with this doctor , but it is dificult to call it as the appointmet, Doctor entered the room , looked at my cheek , said something to another doctor who was in the room, and when I tried to say about my issue, he rudely interrupted me and left.The second doctor was also nervously spoked to me .
I AM SHOKED. I have Never ever had so horrible experience. Please, AVOID this doctor. I will need to wait for an appointment with another dermatologist and will Not use a medication he prescribed to me because my symptoms are different from ones indicated in the instruction to this drug.
