They scheduled me on a day that the office was closed. I took off from work and went there to find out that they were closed. They didn't apologize. Go to more professional establishment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vobach's for 10-12 years. He is rock solid. I have seen other psych's prior to him, and there has been no comparison. There is not a thing I wouldn't feel comfortable talking to him about. He keeps me grounded and normal. There have been periods where I have seen him weekly. And others every 4 to 6 months. Everyone has an opinion of course, but if you understand what going to a psych is about and what to expect you will accomplish, you would be hard pressed not to find him a top gun. He isn't the cheapest guy in town, they don't take all insurance plans, nor does he work pro bono. But who wants that guy being your psych? Not me; I pay on the way out the door, happily in the knowledge I have the opportunity to see one of the best if not THE best in town.

I worked in the Psychiatry Emergency Room for several years and met numerous Psychiatrists. I know without a doubt that Dr. Vobach is the most caring, intuitive, conscientious and honest doctor I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Dr. Vobach discharged me from the hospital prematurely and did not have a discussion with me about that decision. That seems very unprofessional. I did not find him approachable or caring in my case. I didn't feel he was interested in getting to know my particular problems and addressing them.

I had my first consult for Adult ADD today with him. He spent about 45 minutes listening to my concerns & asking me questions. He went over ALL the options that i could do & we talked through what would work best for me. He really seemed like he cared. I definately would recommend him to anyone.
