I've been seeing Dr. Steinfink for many years. He has always been very punctual. He is a good listener & gives constructive options available to help. His staff has always been courteous, polite & helpful. There are times when I call that I get live person to speak with & other times I have to leave a message. Anytime I have asked someone to call me, they have done so. I'm extremely happy that he has relocated to West Plano which is closer to where I live & work.

I love this physician and his staff. They are sensitive, kind, friendly and on top of things. There is zero wait time. Dr. Steinfink is caring, nurturing and ever so helpful. I’m definitely on the right track with his care.

Having been a patient for around 7 years now I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. Since beginning treatment I’ve moved halfway across the country due to my husband’s work and still fly back for appointments. I’ve learned that finding quality and capable psychiatric care is very, very difficult, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Dr. Stienfink worked with me to get my meds straightened out. My other doctor became critical/frustrated with my condition as it didn't fit any particular text book problem and sent me elsewhere. It's true, you will not spend much time with him because he's not a therapist. His specialty seems to be getting you onto the correct meds. If you've ever taken antidepressants, you already know there are dozens of options but possibly only one of them that works for you. His patience and kindness were appreciated.

Dr.Stienfink has been providing my children's care for ADHD for a few years. He has always been run his schedule with firm punctuality, showing that he respects his patients schedules as well as his own.
