Dr yasar is a good doctor. But her empyrean Shelly is horrible. She is rude, as soon as more yasar walks in the back Shelly is horrible to everyone to include our favorite employees. I offered all he r employee a. Job to get away from Shelly. One very sweet go,RLR told us tha ynshe is only here to help dr yasar but only she can take so much. Conclusion is dr yasar is stuck on Shelly in fact you wonder who's running both the clinic and business. DO NOT GO,HERE, Shelly is horrrrrrrrrrible. Find someone else I give it a years Shelly will, run this business into the ground. Wake up. I will never go hy

Lazy. Is a Specialist (psychiatric), but does not want to prescribe typical psychiatric meds, other than anti-psychotics. Expects other MDs, non specialists (primary, others), to prescribe pscyh meds instead (i.e., benzodiazipines for anxiety, sleep meds, etc); which either the MDs understandably do not want to do, or say they cannot do to stipulations of office; or, wonder why the psychiatrist doesnt do it, and than they ask why, and you say, "I don't know. He didn't say." S. Yasar prescribed it before, but suddenly stops with no reason. Must be costing the office money or something. When ask why, Silence. Weird. Before, Dr. Yasar overprescribed, and gave meds to recovering people (substance abuse) now considers himself a CD MD even though he has no former experience other than appointed Medical Director of psychiatric hospital in Reno area. Now he prescribes nothing, not even what Other CD MDs do. Feel worse after I see him than before. Always different staff at desk; but polite.

Dr. Yasar has been my doctor for 2 years, and has helped me so much. He listens to my concerns, and tapered me off of the wrong medication and got me on a better (and cheaper) medication. He works in my best interests for my long term recovery and listens to my concerns. He takes extra time, when he has it with me, and I would highly recommend him to a friend, family member or anyone!

I have to remember I only see him once in three months for 10 minates. Otherwise I would see another doctor. Pushes new expensive meds Profit? Has made a couple of insults to me due to ignorance. And when I pointed the insult out seemed I was the patient and therefore wrong and he the doc and could do or say nothing wrong.

Dr.Yasar is an awesome DR. My insurance company (Cigna) recommended him since I was new in this town. He has done a great job for me and I noticed that he reads people well. I like the fact that he does not sugar coat anything and is not quick at medicating you. His staff is great never had an issue with them. Always taken good care of me. I would recommend him to any one in need of a good psychiatrist.

I am very upset with his office. I called mutliple times reguarding my medicine and never recieved a call back. They also make you pay a co-pay which is fine but when I recieved my EOB I only owed 36.00 instead of 51.00. They still make you pay the 51.00. I would never recommend to a friend or family member. Dr Yasar, like most do not spend time with you and is quick to prescribe and get on to the next cleint.

Dr Yasar is extremely expensive. $63.00 for 15 minutes. Seriously? I would not recommend him or allow my son to go back to him. Terrible bedside manners. Uncaring and not capable of accurately diagnosing my son or making appropriate referrals.

Very money hungry!!! 52.00 out of pocket is a lot for having insurance. They do not work with patient instead they charge 105.00 if you can not pay at time of appointment. I am not missing the appointment even. Very frustrating for people who are trying to get help mentally.
