IF YOU GET POOR TREATMENT MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE ONTARIO COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS. Dr. Young is a contract doctor at Canadian Forces Base Borden. I've seen him several times as he is usually the duty doctor filling in for military MOs. Dr Young is arrogant, dismissive, and does not provide basic care. I always end up going to to see another doctor afterwards as he fails to provide to most basic medical care.

Rude, dismissive and disrespectful to my elderly mother. Seemed more interested in arguing than providing care. Obviously missed the lectures on compassion and professionalism at medical school.

I am twenty years old and have been with this doctor and his wife since I was a child. My good experiences with them have been few and far between. Many times things I have said have been disregarded, just to have random prescriptions thrown at my problem that never really help.

Many times both doctors have implied that I’m lying to them. I have been made to feel stupid for asking the simplest of questions regarding my issues.

There have been countless other issues with these doctors regarding my other family members as well

Receptionists are lovely though!

The receptionists and the nurse in the office are kind and caring. The doctors are another story - honestly not sure who is worse. After every appointment I’ve always felt like they did not care at all about my issue and were trying to rush me out. They’ve made feel stupid for asking questions on multiple occasions, and lack any form of bedside manner. One time I was asking questions and Dr.Ian googled the name of my skin condition, printed off the first article and told me to read it in order to answer my questions. Would not recommend them, they are terrible.

I love, both Ian and Dana. I am dealing with some stress in regards to my son. Ian listens to me and I actually feel heard and not judged. People need to remember they are human too. I highly recommend this office. VS.

This team is terrible. Didn’t listen to a word my wife said. Literally told her to suck it up and deal with being in constant pain. Didn’t consider any of the recommendations from the specialists or ER doctors. All they care about is getting paid. They should be cashiers at Walmart, not licensed doctors. Avoid at all costs. Only saw them because our family doctor is on maternity leave. Will never go back to them.

Dont waste your time find a better doctor. Like most say hes arrogant. Told him issues i was having and wanted documentation of my stress and told me to quit my job and solve my own problems. Even though i have hypertension, insomia, and depression. Best thing that was resolved from my appointment was I will take my own actions and never come back even if i were dying.
