I was using Dr. Koenig. I have gone to him for a few years. I liked him as a doctor until literally this morning. There is an app called my chart where you can message your doctor instead of making an appointment . I have not seen him for 2 years but decided to message him and asked for a referral request to a dermatologist anyways Incase I didn’t need to make an appointment. All he had to say was I need to make an appointment. Instead of telling me I need common sense. Also the receptionist is very very rude not only on the phone but in person. I will never go back to him.

Love Dr Koenig HOWEVER don't bother calling unless it's something simple. If you need advice on a muscle strain, back pain or anything of consequence his staff will rudely didmis you and say go to urgent care. This has happened to me
and several others I know.

Dr. Joseph Koenig is the BEST DOCTOR EVER. The front desk is rude but once past them, the nurses & Dr. Koenig are wonderful. He listens to you and is VERY knowledgable! I LOVE DR. KOENIG but his front staff needs improvment!

Dr. Koenig is an excellent doctor. He listens to you and never rushs you. He is personable and considerate. He will explain things to me on my level of understanding. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Koenig is the best family care doctor! Even though I usually have to wait a bit in the waiting room, I don't mind because I know he'll take the same amount of time with me - that is, as much as I need! He's gentle and very compassionate. He identifies with you and translates how you're feeling very effectively. When he moved from Tulsa to Owasso, we transferred with him - it's hard to find such WONDERFUL doctors!!!
