Dr Patton is a nice guy I have been going to him the last few years. The last 4 or 5 visits he has seemed out of it an asks me the same questions with this dumbfounded look, that he knows the answer to like where I work an who my father is when he has known him for 20 plus years. It's the staff that has made me change doctors mainly his gossip queen daughter (honey) that is the receptionist. She is rude, loud, obnoxious and every visit I hear her talking bad about other patients which is ridiculous and unprofessional and makes me not want to ever return to that doctors office!

L.O.V.E Dr Patton. My family and I have gone to him for 25+ years. Unfortunately, his front office staff is TERRIBLE - Specifically, a Receptionist. She's rude, condescending (and WRONG at that). I'm currently looking for another doctor - just so I dont have to deal with the nasally, rude voice of that receptionist.

Community Care (not listed) Dr Patton is a very sweet and personable doctor. His staff is not. I had issues w/ being referred to an out of network provider w/ out authorization from my insurance company. After seeing the specialist I started receiving bills and knew something wasn't right. That's when I found out authorization wasn't received. This was a HUGE headache because I had to pay and then wait to be reimbursed once problem was solved. This may have been a once in a lifetime mistake the office has made but it effected me enough to not go back
