Dr Cail and her staff are extremely wonderful. I wish I could give her 100 stars!

I love Dr. Cail. Unfortunately her nurse is another story. Nurse is very rude, asks very few questions, and has no bedside manner. It's so bad that I had to find a new PCP after 5 years of seeing Dr. Cail.

I have seen Dr Cail a few times and every time I feel like she blows me off or dismisses my illness. My husband feels the same way when he sees her. I would not recommend her.

Dr. Cail is an excellent doctor, however, her office staff is so unprofessional and difficult to deal with that the stress of remaining her patient is just not worth it. Prescriptions and office visit schedules are never accurately managed, and all calls are met with hostility and defensiveness. Making an appointment to see your doctor should not make you ill. I hope Dr. Cail moves her office away from Mercy Edmond in the future.
