I went to Dr Garach after being turned off of my last dentist. I was very pleased with the work that was done!

I went to Dr. Garach for an appointment for a cleaning. I called BEFORE and asked how much it would cost and was quoted a price. When I got there, they did a checkup and a short exam but then said there wasn't enough time to do the cleaning and made a follow up appointment. There was no charge at the time. I went back the next day for the appointment for the cleaning and when the bill came, it was DOUBLE the amount originally quoted! I refused to pay based on the fact that they quoted me a price and they should have honored it. The immediately sent me to a collection agency. CROOKS. I have known these doctors for a long time and this type of practice is reprehensible.

As a follow up, my girlfriend called the next day and asked again how much it would cost for a cleaning - and they quoted the original price. So she confirmed, "And that is just done in one appointment right?" They replied yes.

Have never gone back since then.

I saw Dr. Garach for an emergency tooth repair, and while my budget didn't allow for the optimal treatment plan, the staff and doctor were respectful and figured out a solution to fix my tooth and have me able to smile and talk without being self conscious about keeping my teeth hidden while at work. I also have a phobia of dentists, thanks to some bad childhood experiences, but felt very comfortable and felt absolutely nothing while having my work done. I will definitely be back to have the other procedures I need to get all my teeth healthy again.

I went for a checkup, Dr Simali Garach did an x-ray and said everything was fine. A week later they call me and say that Dr. Vijay Garach looked at the x-rays and found 2 cavities. If there are cavities, why wouldn't Simali see them and let me know at the visit- is she not qualified? Also the reception wasn't very friendly, they didn't give me much eye contact, and would take a long time typing on their computer as I stood there not knowing what was going on. Communication could be better all around.

Knowledgeable dentist BUT charges WAY TOO MUCH for his services compared to other dentists!

The only important thing is Money. took my silver filling(nothing wrong with it, as another dentist told me the filling was done very well)without my knowledge and replace with white, and I let it go. My tooth was hurting after and continue to hurt for 2 weeks and I went for check up 3 times and he didn't even X_ray it. After 2 weeks his daughter tell me I need root canal! that's their best way of making money, replacing fillings and root canal! Don't trust him or her daughter even if they show themselves very polite.

I've been with Dr. Garach for 23 years and have always been happy with his work. Even when I was 3 years old, he made me feel comfortable. He is very knowledgable, his receptionists are lovely and they have been very accomodating in regards to my budget. I highly recommend Dr. Garach to anyone - young or old.
