I am so happy that I found Dr. Tashman on yelp. I really wanted only one doctor throughout my entire pregnancy. He never missed one appointment, my scheduled visits were always on time, and the office assistants were great! My pregnancy was very difficult in the beginning. After my first ultrasound, I was told that there may be something wrong with my baby. Dr. Tashman was extremely empathetic, understanding, and sent me medical research to ensure I understood next steps. He even called me to check in between appointments. The actual labor was great. Since my water broke, he was able to get me into labor and delivery immediately. His confidence and overall experience helped me remain calm. And one of the best parts- there was no tearing. He really took the time to make sure the baby came out slowly. I was surprised to find that I was on my feet within a few days. I have recommend Dr. Tashman to so many people. He is an extremely knowledgeable doctor who cares about his patients.

We moved to this area from oversea when i was 4 month pregnant. After doing detailed online research, we decided to choose Dr Tashman as our ob doctor. We are very glad that we made the right choice as my whole pregnancy and labor and delivery experience are very pleasant. Definitely we give the doctor 5 stars for his great work. Dr Tashman is very nice and professional. When my due date passed,I struggled a lot since I prefer to go into labor naturally. The doctor is very patient and respect my choice by delaying my induction and rescheduling the date.Luckily my labor kicked in a few days before the scheduled induction. On my labor day, Dr Tashman checked me from time to time patiently and made sure everything went on well even my labor progressed very slowly. The staff in doctor's office is very nice and helpful as well. Since we changed our insurance plan half way, she helped us to make the transition smooth free of any problem. We definitely would like to recommend Dr Tashman!

Dr. Tashman always helps me feel relaxed and truly cares for his patients! I recently had my first baby in August and had a long labor & delivery. Most Dr.'s would have pushed me to have a C section, but Dr. Tashman knew I did not want one and let me labor and deliver vaginally. He was patient and made it about me and my wishes and did not force me to do anything. His knowledge and experience is reassuring and I truly trust his judgement. A Dr. I highly recommend as Dr.'s like this are hard to find these days!!

Dr. Tashman is THE BEST out there! He comes highly recommended, is very knowledgeble and very confident, professional and thorough, friendly and polite. He is very prompt in returning calls ANY time of the day and night. He calmly and patiently addressed ALL my concerns and put me at ease. I know i couldn't have gotten myself a better OB/GYN. Him and his staff Jenny are extremely caring and concerned. Didn't have a single glitch throughout the nine months that i visited with them. I'd go back to him again and again!! Highly, highly, highly recommended !

Dr. Tashman is an excellent doctor! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor. Dr. Tashman delivered 3 of my four babies (the first one I had in another state), and has always made the process as easy as possible. He always encouraged me to call him with any concerns, and is extremely knowledgeable in his work. My first experience having a baby wasn't that great, so it was a huge relief to have Dr. Tashman as my next doctor. Even after moving farther away from his office and the hospital, I still continued to use him. He answered any of my concerns and was never once bothered by the fact that my babies all wanted to be born in the middle of the night. I wouldn't have anyone else deliver my baby!

I love Dr Tashman and his lovely assistant Jennifer. They are the friendlious and most courteous staff. I just had my baby delivered with Dr Tashman, He made it seem so easy and I feel very comfortable discussing any concern that I may have. When I needed my maternity paper work fill out for work, not only was it done promptly, they even called to confirmed it with me. I felt like I'm getting concierge service. Thank You Dr Tashman and Jen for your personal touch.

I switched to Dr. Tashman’s practice beginning of my pregnancy. I don’t want to go in details as to why I transferred because; it still upsets me talking about the treatment I received from my previous doctor. I have no idea where to begin about the awesomeness of Dr. Tashman and his staffs. He is knowledgeable, friendly and put me at ease my entire pregnancy. He explains every test thoroughly not only to me but, to my husband as well. The entire office stuff treated us like we are their family members and answered our questions and concerns timely. He never pushed any kind of unnecessary treatments or procedures at all. Dr, Tashman is the best doctor I’ve ever had, we had our baby boy on February 5th and the whole experience was fantastic. I recommend Dr. Tashman to all my families and friends.

I first came to Dr. Tashman in an emergency after being turned away from Capital Women's Care for being 10 minutes late. I had been in the hospital the night before and his office was kind enough to work me in that same day, even though I was a new patient. Providence was looking out for me because Dr. Tashman is fabulous. He's friendly and knowledgeable. I delivered my first child in January. My pregnancy went rather smoothly and when I got to the delivery date, baby did not feel like appearing, so we waited nearly 2 weeks (12 days) before we induced. Dr. Tashman was respectful of the fact that I wanted to see if I would go into labor on my own and I appreciated that. He was completely open to letting me try a natural child birth, which went out the window when the back labor started. I had a 9 pound 6 oz baby with no episiotomy. Dr. Tashman was great and I could not be happier. He will definitely be delivering my next child.

I switched to Dr. Tashman at 23 weeks pregnant. We had many unsatisfying experiences w/ Army Dr.'s & midwives. The final straw was when the Dr. insisted our baby had cleft lip & palate. While this is something that of course is only cosmetic, the bedside manner of the Dr. was absolutely horrible. We came home & I immediately searched for an OB/GYN in the area. I found Dr. Tashman online & called to see if he accepted Tri-Care. I spoke with Jenny, she listened to my concerns & I instantly felt at ease. About 10 minutes after we hung up, I received a phone call from Dr. Tashman himself. He overheard Jenny speaking to me on the phone & could tell I was upset, he wanted to make sure I was OK. I wasn't even his patient yet! That instantly told me what kind of Dr. he is. He EXCEEDED our expectations, we got another opinion on our ultra sound & delivered an absolutely perfect baby girl! I have never met a Dr. & staff that is so caring and compassionate! He is truly a AMAZING!!

I've debated for months as to whether I'd write a review, but recounting my experience with family and friends brings such emotion that I feel it necessary. He came highly recommended by my family practice doctor. At first, I understood why. Over the course of my pregnancy things began to get more complicated. I struggled with high blood pressure, extreme swelling, and excruciating migraines. Although I didn't show all the classic signs of preeclampsia, I am almost certain I was misdiagnosed. My high blood pressure was dismissed by him. He said it was driven up by my "high anxiety." My feet looked like elephant trunks, but that was just "slight swelling." I finally had my beautiful baby via csection, but wait...he was only 5 pounds yet full term. My placenta was "slinky (his word)" and just days away from detaching due to my high blood pressure. After it was all done, he stated that he couldn't help but feel like he missed something along the way with my treatment. Thank God for my son!
