During a virtual appointment, Dr. Pritt's mannerisms, eye movements, and speech were consistent with one who is drunk or otherwise impaired. I was very uncomfortable with this.

Staff is very rude. Dr pritt does not return calls. Referred us to another doctor. Did not want to fill out the correct paperwork. Had to fight to get him to send it. Will not be going back

Took weeks and multiple calls to get them to fax Dr. Pritt's treatment report to child's pediatrician and when they did it was multiple, handwritten, illegible pages. Called to ask for a typed version and never received a call back.

This place is ridiculous. I supposedly made an appointment that I know I did not because I had been considering finding another, (they sent a $20 dollar bill to collections) after an appointment that I tried talking to him about how much stress I was under with things going on and how with school I was really having problems concentrating and his response was "life is hard find a better place to do your homework" He has no people skills, barely speaks to me, never knows who I am, I have to retell him every time I'm in there things that he should already know. He is never on time with our appointments. At first I thought it was just be and the bad place that I have been in, but after talking to some people that see other psychiatrists I am finally switching and hoping I find someone that I like.

All this place cares about is money. Patient care is not top priority. I missed 1 appointment (after 1.5 years of treatment), was charged $60 and was told not to come back. They actually sent this to collections. Why is their 15 minutes of time worth more than my mental health. Staff is rude, cold and unforgiving. They rarely answer the phone and are often instructed to leave a message. If you do leave a message, they do not return calls. Dr. Pritt is basically a nice pill pusher.

Dr. Pritt makes me very comfortable in a situation that can be awkward. He is somewhat conservative in his treatment plan, which is good, he doesn't just throw meds at you or switch them all the time. He encouraged me to understand my condition and make lifestyle changes to augment the medication. When I go in whiny, he gives me a gently delivered reality check. The office staff is ok, not incredibly warm, but not jerky either. There are a lot of office policies about payment and scheduling and letters and such- these are not Dr. Pritt's personal rules, but be aware of them because they will affect you. Scheduling a first time visit appointment can take a long time - and if you don't go for a year you have to do it again, so keep up with your appointments or expect it to take months to get in. (If you're in the middle of being crazy, that can feel like years.)
